Where in the World

No rules about how to play, no clues given, not enough time to "walk" anywhere to figure out where you are. The Google map is a topographical map, no countries listed. Once you're "guesses" are up the game doesn't even tell you where you were or is you're guesses were even close. Glad I didn't pay any money for this. It was downloaded less than 10 minutes before I uninstalled it.

I thought this was going to be giving you clues.... not just Google images.

In Where in The World is Carmen SanDiego?, You are a detective at Acme Crimenet. Your job is to search around the world for Carmen Sandiego. With clues of Countries around the Earth. I remember it was adapted into a game show on PBS KIDS. Hosted by Greg Lee with Lynne Thigpen as the chief. Theme song for the show was by Rockapella.

After all 5 guesses, it just quit. Too bad, I would have liked it.

Wont even let me place the pin stupid and rubbish

Enjoyed seeing the random locations but was very unhappy to see no verification of what I was looking at. It would be great if after submitting my estimated locations I was able to learn about where the photo was actually taken.

The game started for me , but I was only able to place on e pin- and then it was just a satellite view of the globe . As a game this app seems severely lacking or buggy, whichever case- but the zoom feature made it definitely worth keeping. Geography studies can be referenced so much easier with this!! :) I am excited to see how much better and sharper the images can get ;). Much luck in your development phases guys.

Far from the computer version that I loved playing in middle school, extremely disappointed. This is a horribly boring game!

This is so dumb. ..I'm supposed to know where I am in the world based on a tree. Yah ok!

Waste of time. Views are all the same, and no confirmation of your accuracy means it's neither fun nor educational.

Don't even bother

The maps are beautiful but I don't really get the point. I guessed several locations and pinned the map but no confirmation that I was wrong (which I know I was!). Uninstalling because this just isn't for me. Good luck with this game, developers.

The images could be from anywhere

really bad. no explaination. did 1st pin went to question 2 with no pin anywhere. i could not move on. no idea how close i was in 1st pin either.

Stupid and not worth my time...

Downloaded it went to easy given 5 different location 4 out of the 5 were roads with nothing more then trees how you suppose to even try to guess those? And yes I tried walking down the road nothing but dirt and trees

I get to use my detective skills to find out where I am. And I get to learn something about the world. It really makes you realize how small we are.

A fun and interesting game!

Great App, love my geography. Easy is still quite hard. But that might be my knowledge deficiency.

Needs work. Can you at least narrow the street views down to the continent we're in?

I thought I'd been most places but I was wrong. Make the challenge modes work for 5 stars.

Good stuff. The popup help tips really helps me understand how to use the app. However I sometimes see a black screen and the google street view doesn't load on the 5th guess.
