About Am Skater
Simon Rogers's AM SKATER is a horizontal scroll type action game, where the player is a skateboarder who jumps over obstacles with that most essential of cool skater moves, the "Ollie".
It was originally built in 2001 for Japanese feature phones, and downloaded over 1 million times so far.
Moreover, AM SKATER was awarded two prizes for mobile games in Japan.
The game consists of five regular stages plus one special stage, and the player can only go on to the special stage after collecting the letters 'S', 'K', 'A', 'T', and 'E' on the previous five stages. By obtaining each letter, the skater gains the ability to do a new trick or improve ollie.
It's possible for players to find unique combined techniques just like skateboarding in real life.
Players can compete high score by using Google Play Game Services.

Over all I love the simplistic tricks and art style but it could be sooo much better if there was free skate and more tricks. Not to mention the fact that the game will make me claw my nails on my leg in anger just trying to get the letter a in order to do a simple kickflip.

I love this game :) in my Ace its a little slow but i put the chain fire :) so its pretty smooth now :3 but need more levels soon with new tricks

Graphics is fine. Retro. Gameplay is addictive since combos can be done and tricks are named correctly. Tricks look neat. I wish you would update this please! I'd suggest a kickflip can be done while in a nose manual. More tricks. More stages. And a stage where you could just skate freely.
