I was not surprised that, in regard to the cause of the Civil War, slavery was the 'correct' answer. This is not the case, and there is plenty of evidence supporting this. I'm sick of seeing this garbage. Slavery was wrong, of course. However, it was simply a means for Lincoln to popularize and gain support for his war caused by disproportionate taxation.
