Eptatron: a math puzzle game

But horrible directions. Once you figure out what the directions really are saying, the game becomes addicting. But it takes quite a few games to figure out what is happening, much less figure out how to play the best moves.

If you enjoyed "drop 7" you'll love this game. It's different enough to be a fresh take on the puzzle type.

Totally addictive. Also, could use a detailed tutorial. After months of playing, I have pretty much figured it out.

Really addictive

Fun game

The game itself is awesome, but I really regret updating this week. I just like this game to veg for a few minutes here and there. Linking it to Google Play just makes it take longer to load and the app itself has become a bit buggy. If the description for the update had explained what it was actually going to do, I wouldn't have updated. Please provide an option to revert to the old version.

The rules are a little succinct/enigmatic, but I think that's part of the gameplay and discovery. Finally a good puzzle game. Came to the reviews to see if anyone wanted to swap tips! Ahh I can't stop playing

whenever I play this I can't help but think of ways it could be improved. It is very simple and the instructions are very straight forward but there's a sense of mystery to it, too. I keep playing in the hopes that I'll figure out a pattern and my high score keeps going up but I'm just as confused as ever. I'm not sure why I keep playing but the main thing is that I do.

I like it. Put it down then pick it up again. Got an epic score today 2655, nearly made the late leaving as I was on a role haha

This game is one of those where you still have to think but is not highly analytical which makes it good for people who doesn't want to keep their brain idle but at the same time, they would also like to relax. My suggestion to improve the game is to do something with the randomness of the numbers i have to place on the board... At one point, I only got 1s and 2s which of course made me lose.

I've downgraded this to 4 stars because even if you mute the game the adverts blare loudly and wake people in my household. No more night playing for me. Shame.

This is the only game apart from Candy Crush that I've been able to play for more than a month. It's so simple, and so satisfying I keep playing it.

Not explained well so you have to figure it out and the ads might as well be called commercials. Highly annoying.

It's make 5 minutes seem like 2 minutes. Nor does it slow down my phone. Inverted colours would be nice so can play it during those bright day

Fun and addictive. My record is 779 points so far. I don't know if that's a good score or not! (the crown link to view the scoreboards/leaderboard, doesn't work). You learn more tactics through practice. Edit- my new high score is 2061. I am proud of that lol. (Link still doesn't work) I'm addicted to this game. X

Great little time killer. Was a little difficult to grasp the rules at first but once I did it became highly addictive! Would be good if you could keep the bombs and save them for use later or something but great game regardless!

Not sure if this was inspired by Drop7, but they sure have a lot of similarities. Eptatron, however, does not require the blocks across a row be placed together to be counted, and it also have random bombs, so it offers better replay value than Drop7 & you can repeatedly better your highscore. I'm saying this because I'd been playing Drop7 for years. Moreover, it's not a battery hog like Drop7, and exits cleanly unlike the latter. I would've taken half a star away because of the annoying prompt to sign into Google Play each & every time, and having to press the Back key several times before you can exit the game; but I'm rounding it up to 5 on account of its superior gameplay value. Hopefully the developer will address those issues & release a paid version without ads.

Poor tutorial to begin the game. Too hard to learn. But once you know how to play; its just awesome.

It's a great game and I love it! :) rules are written well and to all of those who didn't get them - it's just like sudoku, you either get it or you don't.

Rules and example unclear. If you don't make a little effort then why should I? Uninstalled.
