Network error, I can't even use this game it just took my money

Stole my money. Checked my account 10 times. Every time I try and log in it says "Network error"

The app does not allow you to log in keep getting network error

The app is not worth $3 because the maps are not interactive as advertised.... You can click on the markers to get a pick of location or even check them off. Not to mention the fact that you cant even zoom in...

Pulling my hair out trying to see how many secret areas I'm missing, but I cannot log in. I try to log in with Facebook & it says "SE membership not found" Are you kidding me? This is unacceptable.

I have a similar problem. I can't keep track of my progress because of a "network" error. Please sort this out and I'll change my review

Anything that links mobile and games for little extra is ok by me.

Same prob insufficient storage space available. I'm using a versus touch tab 8 with plenty of space and no probe with other app. I want a refund if this isn't fixed pls.

Account is linked to Steam so has no password, and so can't log in. Needs to be fixed.

This graphically awesome app allows you to see game stats and leaderboards, character info, video trailers, artwork, exclusive comic books, collectable items info, maps and more!

Won't even let me sign in and I paid for this crap :(

Save your money, these maps are terrible. You can't do anything at all with them, they don't zoom or rotate, you can't toggle any of the markers, no functionality at all. To make things worse, they don't even properly do the one thing they can do, which is show you the loot/collectible locations. In almost every chapter I had to consult better maps online to find the ones missing from this app's terrible maps.

In my honest opinion its not bad, not great but not bad. Consider these things before you purchase.1. Companion apps are a completely new concept that only a very small group of console games have been testing out lately. 2. If you read closely the description of the app merely says that you'll have stats and basically artwork collectors items and 3. All android apps, no matter what they are, are never 100% garunteed to work on your particular phone or tablet. That being said for $3 and a used game I got to enjoy my first taste of companion app gaming looking forward to the future. Im using a an ASUS transformer TF300 the artwork and comics looks awesome but some of the maps and collector piece fit some what awkward on the 10.1 in screen ( too small for it ) other than that its fully functional and fun to interact with as I play.

I felt bad for not pre ordering the game but with this app I'm guilty free. I love it. Nice maps. Art work. Story. Really enjoying the game and app

Ive waited for over half an hour for the comic images to load, and got nothing! Im on a fine wifi connection, but no images in the app will load.

When they speak of 'accessing' various things such as media, they really mean the app just contains a link to where you can go buy it. Much of what they consider 'exclusive' content is already on the website anyway and of less use on a small phone screen. Feeling a little cheated, to be honest.

Note to other users: you must link your Square Enix account to xbox/playstation/steam account if using those devices. This is done through your Square Enix settings. Otherwise the app won't track your progress.

I still dont get why you need us to pay 3$ for an app that every other developer gives for free. Companion apps for AC/BF are A lot better and they are free

Despite update, it still doesn't give full screen on my collection. Not good enough really.

So much potential. But does so little. I could have written a more useful app than this in 3 minutes. And it could have been useful for the entire game. 3 minutes.

If this was free I would say you have nothing to lose. At this price it should at least have interactive maps but it has little content and what's here is hard to use and can be found online for free given a little time.

Not sure what SE's definition of "interactive" is, but if you're looking for static, miniscule, unreadable maps (on a Galaxy Note 3), then this is for you. I would like my money back, but it's too late. Save yours.
