This app is broken. I don't think anyone is actually monitoring this. Any update? BTW I have this game on my gear s and it works really well. Pity

Can not get the game to open, the screen stays black. I have installed and uninstalled a few times with no luck. Please try to fix this problem and I will give a better ratein. I was so looking forward to playing this game. So please fix this for us.

People, If you turn off your Wi-Fi or 4G internet connection, this game works after you download. I do love the game but please fix the loading problem.

Game does not come up and I am installing it.

I Love this game and beat it several times but now when i try to play on my phone or tablet the screen goes black with an X in the top corner, i have emailed the people about it but it doesnt look like it has been fixed yet, i would give more stars, please fix this issue so my kids can play this again but i have to uninstall now :(

Awesome game and quite addicting. However, when on a network it won't open anymore. Seems an ad does not load. Needs a fix. Workaround: go to flight mode, then it will load.

Stopped working recently, devs not rushing to help people out with the solution. However if I disable intenet connection on my phone, voila, it works again!

Game will not open. Apparently this is an on going issue. Uninstalling!

Well in the reviews it said it froze up and sure enough it did I did get to play 3 boards now fix this pls.

I have it downloaded on my Gear 2 watch and it works but it wont start up on my s6 edge plus or my tablet

I didn't even get to so much as see the game. It wouldn't open! The screen just remained black. I mean I just downloaded this for heaven's sake! How is it that this game won't open from the very start? This is pathetic and disappointing as I was so looking forward to playing. Hell I can't even SEE the game, much less play the game! What's left to do except uninstall? This is so dumb and you probably won't even bother to address this issue. Folks, don't even bother getting this app- it's useless!

I got this game for my toddlers because they have issues with figuring out how to move gems or tiles to get three in a row. This game is easy enough for them to get and it is helping them with confidence, colors, and gives them something to do that isn't loss while in waiting rooms.

My app isn't working at all..... I click on it and it's completely grey.... It's not working at all.... I'm very angry! This is my favorite game! I've uninstalled quite a few times and it still doesn't work!!! And furthermore why are there only 5 episodes? I'm getting completely bored I played every episode 25 times.... Time for new episodes or people are going to stop playing all together Cindy

I really like this game because it makes you think some of the times. It's quite challenging and fun!

I love this game. It's an easy time killer and I love the cute little jelly. Don't want to make Jelly cry and I find myself apologizing when I do which is ridiculous I know. Works flawlessly on my phone.

Finished through level 35 and it says more available . How do I download the others? No update button. Will gladly give 5 stars after.

I love playing this game. It freezes up every so often or, won't open at all after some of my system updates but I keep re-installing unfortunately with this last update, re-installing isn't working either

I love this game so far. The jellies are so cute I highly recommend this game

It's a great little time waster. 2 problems though. It eats battery life like nothing else and heats the phone up. However the game is entertaining so I keep playing

Great so far. Some levels more challenging and keeps me interested. Game refuses to move to any level past level 18. Have the max stars in all previous levels so that can't b the problem. Needs to b fixed and u would have a great game

Love the game, but it's currently unplayable. Entire screen is black, with a white X in the upper left corner. The X doesn't close whatever the black screen is and it never goes away. Android and ios affected, multiple devices.

Easy match 3 setup with all kinds of different challenges and levels. It's basically candy crush with a cuter mascot and non-annoying music
