Well done to the devs. A modern but retro side scrolling Wipeout with the best music soundtrack I've heard. Controls are spot on and I just love the game play. This is right up there with the best games to buy on Android. 5*

Ever wanted to see what would Wipeout look like in 2D? Well this is the closes you'll ever get atm. It is quite a fun game, gameplay is decent, music is ok, sound effects are ehh. But racing is quite good. There is quite a bit of content to keep you busy for a while but it's not a game you'll get lost in, just play it every now and then.

Had the ad-supported version, but it's so good I thought it was about time they got my money - brilliant game with a clever control system!

To should add the Play Games icons. I only buy games with cloud save integrated and didn't think this had it.

This is the way all games on here should be - colourful well drawn & defined graphics with smooth motion. Excellent response and great tunes. You buy the full game. no in app purchases, or waiting minutes to upgrade(stupid system-Asphalt Overdrive or RedBull AirRace). I like that the ship names are monikers of old shooting game ship names. Reminds me of old Codemasters top down racers like Championship Jetski or Powerboat Simulator. If you like this and have a PS3/PSP/Vita you should check Aero Racer from the Mini's. Or Super Laser Racer on Steam.

Challenging and fun!

Absolutely one of the best games I've played on Android. The new update adds a few tournaments with a fair level of difficulty. Well done! Too my addiction made it too short!

To quote the very helpful and friendly dev directly: "I normally play with headphones and zone out.." This is a perfect summary of this awesome little game. It's a racer you can actually chill out with, as the music is so perfectly matched to the eye-catching smooth gfx and gameplay mechanics. Well worth the paltry price. There's no annoying IAP; you get the whole game, and it's updated with dedication to make us gamer's experience better. Do yourself a favour, get it and get in the groove!

The game visually it's very pleasing, racing while challenging it's fun. But I did encounter few glitches like after restarting the boss race and losing I got a gold medal, the other complaint is that there is a lack of sound effect of the ship (nitpick) but its a great game that everyone should try if you want to eee what would wipeout look in 2d

Saw the developers at GameCity in Nottingham and I just had to buy the game after seeing it in action. I love the Google Play Game Services integration so you can see your friends scores and sync your progress between devices!

Running it on my Nexus 4 - rock stable and very challenging. And to be frank, I am rubbish at it as the boss keep me aware of my limited abilities - not a fault of the game though. Controls are easy and well functional for the game - I do not have to try to look under my fingers where my ship is, as many other games.

Killer game, can't put it down, the amount of polish in this thing is untrue! Pick it up now!

I keep getting the dreaded "package file is invalid". I tried everything. Reset my phone, clear cache, uninstalled back to default Google play. I just want to play. This sux!
