Sidekick for SmallWorlds

This app is a great and it really comes in handy. You can talk to your friends even if you're not actually in world! But recently and unfortunately mine stopped working. It keeps saying "No internet connection available" when my internet is obviously on and working properly. MY internet connection is not the case because I go on other apps that require internet connection and they work perfectly fine. At school and at home it says "No internet connection available" so hopefully this will be fixed soon.

To me personally as a player since 2010 I love the game and this app is amazing. Allowing you to do more things without having to leave your phone. But, what sucks is when it says no internet when I have it. Clearly. Then there is so much room for improvement. Allow us to go into the world on the go. :)

This was great until it stopped allowing us to trend plants. Now it does not even allow us to log in. It keeps saying that there is no internet connection. My internet works fine so sw need to improve this app. Besides they should give us access to our mail in this app as well

Ever since the last SW website maintenance, this app has no network connection. It's been since the nite of the 19th. The plants part has not worked for months, and that was the part I liked the best. This app needs to be abandoned if the SW tech team is not committed to fixing this so users can get back on.

Please don't waste your hard earned money and time on this game. The game itself keeps getting hacked and exploited frequently. The staff or mods randomly delete player accounts even if you have spent real $$$ they don't care. Unethical people and no background check on players before randomly deleting . No prompt replies on problems and they never inform when they are busted by hackers or exploited. Useless management and thumbs down.

There is no way to get into the sidekick now. It's been six months since someone wrote the last review and I'm the most recent. This app is horrible. They need to delete this and work a lot of bugs out because this is trash. I do not recommend it to anyone. It's a waste of time and effort and space for your phone! Very displeased.

In the beginning I loved it especially the Loyalty part, but after awhile the app stopped working. It's been almost a month since I was last able to log in and it really sucks because with this app I'm able to make kudo points and redeem the loyalty gold. I'm unable to do that now and I'm not sure why...

Well maybe we can fix some issues here because the game is installed my the phone but when I clicked it it says "No connection" "Please try again". I would love to at least get on my account without having to get on the desktop. Please fix this bug. At least let other people let them play "Sideick Smallworlds" on their phone for once.

This app is not loading at the moment its been 2 weeks now I haven't been able to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled still not working. Is anyone else having problems? This app still does not work and it has been months I've missed out on the daily gold

CANNOT get into app. Period. ALWAYS says no connection, but I can access other apps fine. Have tried it on THREE phones. Will happily change rating when app works. Meanwhile, I loose gold because I can't login via cellphone...

"Update" still am not able to log in, so i wwill be deleting this... 10/04/16 ........ For the last 3 days have not been able to log in, it sits there and loads.. I have cleared the cache uninstalled it an reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. My internet works fine have no issues with any of my other games.

App is mediocre and lacks features, but it helps me to collect daily smallworlds gold. Also, the app is sometimes extremely buggy. I hope there is a fix to this. Lastly, the smallworlds community would really appreciate the ability to go in-world. Maybe with downgraded graphics if graphics is an issue

I like it but, the spin to win deluxe doesn't work and that's what I needed the most. But I do like getting the gold for free

It was a great app up until yesterday. It keeps saying can't connect to server even though my Wi-Fi connection is just fine, I've restarted my phone 4 times and it's still not working. I can't log into SW as much these days so spinning and collecting gold were big to me. Please fix xx

I love using the app but it's not letting me go on it anymore. I used to be able to do the regular stuff and then now, i can't even log in. It wont load. It's been 4 months of it been uninstalled. I installed it back again and it still doesnt work.

This app used to be awesome. Then.... spin to win deluxe and taking care of plants stopped working. I was ok with that because I could at least still get the free daily gold. But now.... I can't even sign in. Every time I try - the app does some searching or thinking, then tells me it cannot connect to a server. I've tried several times a day for the past 4 days. Unless it gets fixed, this is the most useless app out there.

I love SmallWorlds I have been playing it for about 4-5 years now. but I wanted to damlode this and see what it's like cause it looked good so if I didn't want to log on and do spin to win every day I could... but I just keeps freezing and crashing.. was verry disappointed... Also We Should be aloud to go into the world not just on our computers..please fix this!

This is a great app to use for you to tend to your pets, spin the wheel, etc. BUT there is a kink. When I open the tend to plants tab, my screen goes all white. And I'm not able to tend to my garden. Please fix this. This is one of the main reasons I downloaded the app.

This is a great app after the bug fixes. One thing I really love is the Daily Gold Rewards for VIP members. Although, mine keeps glitching when I chat with one certain avatar, I don't want to put her name because she asked not to. I know her in real life. Anyway, whenever she sends me a message, all my other messages with other people disappear, and so does our chat. It will be 5 stars as soon as this is fixed.

This Game Is rigged and has no fun to it honestly. Since when is a game with no action or role playing fun. Don't waste your time on this crap.Dont play smallworlds it just stresses children out about how unfair it is.

It never connects to a server. I've used 2 different wifi networks and my regular mobile data and it doesn't connect to anything. The last update was 2 years ago? Pathetic.

It used to work 100% fine for me, but now I get a loading screen for a while, then a message saying there's no connection to server. Very disappointed with the total lack of support from the developers, not replying to emails, and the game itself dropping in quality. For the amount some people spend on Smallworlds, you'd think the company would be willing to fix major bugs, right?

1. You need to make it so it doesn't laugh it laughs way to much I got a new phone as well and still lafgs it's the only app tht laughs tht much. 2.can u add offers and videos thing so we can earn in this other than daily gold

The Smallworlds Sidekick app allows you to spin the wheel, tend pets and plants, also message friends and collect gold. These are some great features but there is so much room for improvement. I recommend adding features that relate to the website. Some like, exploring worlds and purchasing V.I.P and gold. Another suggestion is adding mini games. This is something you cannot do on the website but it will make an excellent feature.

But I think that we should be able to go into the world not juss on computers but tables also that's should be the next update I fine and then It will be all 5 stars!! That is mainly for if u don't have a computer or not feeling to open ur laptop and sign in n all that u juss need to pick up ur tsab and move around with Juss like a phone

It used to work 100% fine for me, but now I get a white screen when I go to the "Tend Plants" tab, and there's an issue with the Deluxe Spin to Win as well, where I can't get past the 'purchase spins' window. These happen on both my phone and tablet. Apart from that, this is such a useful app. I'd like to see in app purchases and inventory view at some point in the future

Using gold for spin to win dosent work, and make it so you can buy the likes of memebership and the latest packs/gold packages and even maybe go in world, if no going in world maybe at least a shopping tab where we can buy in game items. Acess to forums/community aswell?

I think we should be able to go to other people's houses like on the website so we can help friends out with things they need. Like my friend wants me to help her with a restaurant but since I'm at the bank I can't go on the computer and help. But it is good besides that, love the free gold.

This app is great. It lags from time to time. I hope that the gold reward function stays and that they find a way to players to do gold offers while on their devices. I also hope they find a way to let players go in world and chat with people with their avatars and do things in game like on a computer.

I can't cross pollinate, when I water plants via computer, it doesn't refresh on app and plants dehydrate on both comp and app. Hate that I'm missing out on max plants because of a little glitch.

It's Ok, but once it was a new day and I tried to collect gold and I clicked the "Collect" button but it said "Error you have already redeemed your loyalty reward today." But I never did. Oh yea, and it lags a lot. So please update this app and then it will get 5 stars :]

way to slow. crashes every time i need to log off or claim my gold. fix and i will change to 5 stars c: i miss sw beta now sw alpha is just crap.

The app works well just there is very little you can do. But 3 stars because the pollinate doesn't work.

The Smallworlds Sidekick app is cool and I like that it gives good each day, but the thing is its so slow loading it feels like you have a computer with you, but it's slow all my other apps on my phone are fast except for this one it needs improvements and I mean ASAP otherwise everything else is good, but good app

Freezes all the time. I even got a new higher end phone and it has the same problem. Glitches as random chats I have dissappear off recent. And spin to win 'purchase' button fails to work when I press on it, probably for the best. This is ridiculous.

Not even worth the download. The app is terribly slow! Trying to feed your pet, spin the wheel, chat, or water plants? You can't because it's so slow. I have an HTC and the app runs terribly on it. It's funny though since the advertisement photo up there shows an HTC phone....

It wasn't letting me go my house or anywhere so for that reason I think it was boring and u wouldn't advise this app unless u atleast let me go in my home space and to my friends just make it like the one on laptops

It's now very slow and causes my phone to freeze for about 15-30 seconds whenever I try to do anything.

Something I know will work this time so when I want to check up on my game on my phone I can! :) Also for when I can't reach my computer I can use my phone.
