Beautiful Farm: Spring Time

Use to love playing this game but there are far too many glitches now. Can't even harvest my produce from the animals. If I can't do that I can't play. Have spent money on this game and the support is terrible. Don't tell me to contact support because they are no help either. Your answer is obviously just an automatic reply. Does anyone actually read them I wonder, obviously they are not really addressed!! Have sent an email to support and still no luck so am now selling everything off dirt cheap!! Someone else might benefit then am going to delete.

You can't help neighbors, can't get rewards, can't get your trees watered or get help from other players. Now I am also losing items and when I load my factories with the next 10 items to make while I'm gone the game changes them into something else and they don't cook. Eg. I needed cheese so I put on 10 cheese. When I logged back in 8 hours later there was no cheese or anything done but there was 10 butter inline to make. Have made many complaints to support but they are no help. They haven't fixed anything.

Game obviously has glitch their end cause I can't log in my game from any device but can play as guest. Contacted them with problem in December, hardly any replies except need me to provide more info that i already gave. Contacted again re reply below, no reply again. Provided email plus exact spot train leader board still say can't find me. Lack communication, I'm out $50+ for a game i can't play. I suggest you avoid this game and try one with better customer service. Applied for refund sick of waiting

It was already 100% when I waited to play the game for a long time. But it said the game unfortunately has stopped. Please, I really wanted to play the game

I'm addicted to this game. I love it....... But I revived 15 trees + in the pass but I didn't get in returned to my mail box.

Please fix the problems his say the springs farm are. Not working

This game is the best game cuz it makes the one involve in the farm world.I love plants and love village and its life so I play this game for making my self as I am living in this farm and feels to be the honour of this green world

Wish you guys would do some Christmas decorations, make items easier to sell, or reduce price for increasing storage in the barn and silo.

For few days the game has been stoped! Is the hollydays time?

But when I uninstall game & reinstall it...I lose my farm :'(

I love this game.. til the update. While the 10 gems are nice, the popup on screen as i enter my farm won't go away so i can play ur game. No way around it on my android phone so now i can't play it. Tried clicking everywhere around it even clicked on it n tried to go around it but it won't go away. My farm is locked up by that pop op. No x to decline it in corner. ... or id give u a 5 for awesome game

I play it for a week and days. Play from morning to the night. Get error. At 1 a.m put 1 butter and 2 cream on machine, need creams so much for train task. But at 6.30 a.m only 1 butter made, cream has just started to made. Can you fix that? Other machines do the same. This is online game, so it is really annoying!

I love this game, but why i can't visit to other farm? It crash after loading at 94% and the game forced to closed.... please fix it

While play game suddenly closed automatically and loading very slow compared with other games. Please fix it! This game not bad, will rate more star when fixed.

Nice game. Sometimes when i visit farm through newspaper it closes the game. Not nice please fix bug so i can enjoy the game more
