Skoolbo is a literacy, maths and language game for 4 to 12-year-olds.
The multi-player games incorporate beautifully designed 3D worlds, individualised avatars and a highly motivating reward system. Children fly through worlds as they practice core skills and increase fluency. The games’ algorithm regularly assesses each child's achievement and adjusts numeracy and literacy questions accordingly, providing a balance of revision, practice and new learning.
Skoolbo Languages is included for users to learn Spanish, French or Chinese (Mandarin). Children gain pet Language Dragons to accompany them on their language learning journey.
To take the fun of learning to a new level, there's Duelbo, where friends can invite each other to conquer a high score and zoom through the racing worlds together! And now Skoolbo has taken motivation to a new level with the augmented reality feature, PopSnaz!
In order to play, users will need to create a free account. Schools and parents can register to create free accounts for their student(s)/child(ren) at http://dashboard.skoolbo.com.au/register

This app is stupid because when I try to log in to the app it says that I have an incorrect password or school code. But when I log onto the internet it works. I am advising you to not download the app.

The sign in is stupid. You input user name press done and it takes you to the next bit and says you haven't put the password in when it does not give you the chance.

The games are great. My kids love it but it force closes/crashes regularly. Music can be distracting and if turned down from within the app's settings it can also effect the voice volume within some of the games. Also overrides the screen rotation on Samsung Galaxy Tab2, opening upside down. Children's first name and school details visible to other users!
