Few days back unable to login, and yet, after your what so ever updated, I have to start from level 1? I can see my account from the server selection but the start is intro!!!! Solve it or we delete it?

Too little updates on game and no exciting events to get long time players motivated to stay.. I've been playing since and have enjoyed the game up to the point that everything became boring already.. Need new heroes + this game highly favors fire elements

It's a really good game and I love playing it, but now it won't save any of my stuff anymore and won't let me play any of the dungeons. It keeps saying that there is an unknown error 10202 and unknown error 40401. I don't know how to fix this. Please help me fix this problem.

Gameplay is good but when i try relogin, it says unknown server and wont let me go into the game. Pls fix this problem ASAP and i will change it to 5 star

I'm already level 58 and vip11 then I can't login to my account. Before this, the chest system has not been working properly and will not go through. Last update made the game buggy and very discouraging to play. Will not play anymore

I have unknown eror 2026 (i guess) today. Im about to take my chance into guild war but it said i've already used mine, in fact im not attackin other guild yet but its already said "0/1". Fix me!!!

Grindy. Pay wall doesnt creep up on you but smacks you right in the face after level 35. Too expensive and boring AF.

Good game but not good for a long time gameplay, I've been playing since the release date. Once you get all, you have nothing to do anymore. Just keep repeating same stuff everyday, doing daily quest in 2 hour everyday and you're done. No game event at all, just weekly event that are not fun. Slowest update game in my history. I don't have problem with VIP system and now I'm at VIP 13, but if this game keep going slow like this my VIP money would be a waste.

Game restart from level 1 after relogin due to disconnection from the server. I am covered by 14Mb/s wifi so dont bother to ask me to play with stable connection.

Game broken after update. Stuck for 20 mins plus on loading patch table (freezes at 98 %). Please fix ASAP.

Complete 1 star review as I couldn't actually access any server. Something about objects not found. Have screenshotted the error message if devs want to get in touch and offer a resolution. Until then have to stay at 1 star which is unfortunate as the game looks good from the teaser.

I was able to play for about 30 minutes. Got to chapter 2. But now all i get is unknown error 10202 on every server.

Can't update the new version of the game. This just say open please fix this asap. Thank you

Edit: update error fixed, thanks guys. Maybe try adding more characters instead of cpstumes?

It's a good game an all but I would advise fixing the plundering system so that a person cannot plunder the same person repeatly.

So i was playing as normal, then the game got stuck. Now i can not get into the game at all. I keep getting error code: error_auth_api_getrequesttoken. Can you please help fix this?

Daily chests do not work, game stops working and never continues at the end of battles, pretty frustrating when I wanted to play a new game

Keep getting stuck in dungeon. I'll complete the dungeon, but completion screen fails to show. Game literally just sits there

To all players current and new! When working properly, this game deserves 4 stars BUT a few days ago there was a game maintenance/update. When players tried to log-in AFTER this maint/update, they were met with a repeatative log-in error. For those lucky enough to get past that error, they were met with more errors during gameplay ultimately leading to yet another error that kicked players out of the game. Recently, LYTO has posted that they "fixed" the problem and are now shifting blame for errors onto users devices or internet connection to avoid accountability for whatever they broke. Today, a few days after maintenance, the errors persist. Players such as myself and/or others are reporting a glitchy game that is unresponsive when clicking on anything. Example: the daily treasure chest. Players click on it and then the point of view changes as it zooms in closely to the chest but then it freezes there focused on the chest that does not open. Next example: clicking on the virtual in-game buttons is frustrating as they dont respond or take an unreasonably long time to respond. Personally, ive done all i could from my end to correct the issue. I've cleared cache and reinstalled but that does not solve the issues. This game was working fine for me until this last and most recent maintenance/update. Fix it or uninstalling will be my only option.

Lost all progress after update. It shows my account and my user name but all my characters are gone and it made me start from the tutorial...... uninstalled, don't waste your time

Game resets itself too much and this is a new phone so refrain from saying it's my phone.

The close button in the pop-ups don't work at all and I can't even play the game! FIX IT!!!!!

The game is really good. Graphics. Characters. The lvling up mechanics.. and also the devs are quick to respond. This game is cool!
