TetriAttack Armageddon™

It's clunky, but so far I'd say it's the closest to Tetris Attack that I've played so far on Android. Keep up the good work! Edit: after the most recent update, I feel it got worse somehow. The controls are not as good as I remember, and there's no block falling animation.

This bills itself as something like Tetris Attack. It's similar as in it's a match-three game and that's it. The instant drop of the panels and the inability to skillfully chain while panels explode kills any potential likeness to the SNES classic. Finding different ways to make a bunch of matches at once can be amusing, though. Just be careful that your stack doesn't get too high because the game will raise rows automatically whether you're trying to or not. 4/28/17 - The SNES mode does not change much. It's still hard to switch, it's still hard to raise the stack, and the panels still fall too fast to make more skill-based chains, even on the slowest speeds. Don't go into this thinking that it plays or looks anything like Tetris Attack... because it's not.

Solid gameplay. No freezing like others below have said.

Non-stop "fatal error" that crashes the game more often than not. Uninstalling.

This is one of the few games you can find with no annoying ads. I've played a lot of Tetris Attack on SNES and Pokemon Puzzle League on N64 (which is basically the same), and I can say that although this game is quite different from the classic TA, it still manages to bring that nostalgic feel when you're desperately looking for/setting up that life-saving chain near the end of the game. 10/10

I believe tetris has taken its game to a new level of play. If you want a challenge this is it. I recommend this game to anyone who has a lot of time on their hands and would like something that will keep their attention

One of the best free games I ever played on Android. Game looks and sounds great and it's fun and challenging. Highly recommended, thank you!

You have to swipe slightly to the left of the blocks to get the switch you want. Edit: changing the way swiping works in the options fixes the problems with control. The game still doesn't register matched blocks while you are still moving other blocks around so you can cheat. There is also a lack of depth here compared to the source material. Hopefully the new beta addresses these issues. as a bare bones application this is fine

The controls don't respond accurately on this game. The game fun until controls limited progression. If fixed this would be a 4-5 star game.

Probably the best game i've played so far easily equals games by Nintendo
