Shelter: A Survival Card Game

Epic time killer! Play this during times it's hard to fall a sleep. To me it's flawless. So far, so good.

Good in concept, falls short in a lot of places though. I play it, but think of it as "ok".

Excellent game, good story, great mechanics. Continue playing even after the story is complete. Want a second one!

You only get one card from the repeatable missions. In the free version you could get two.

I'm a huge fan of card-based games. I've played almost all of the big titles, from card crawl to hearthstone to mtg. Shelter is among the best. The mechanics are deep, it borrows perfectly from various other games and mixes them together in a way that makes it feel fresh and appropriate to the theme. The progression and story elements are also ideal. The only thing that stops this game joining the big boys is the presentation and ui. I hope to see this brought up to standard in a sequel.

Great game, true bargain. I would pay more for a fuller experience that lasts longer, such as multiplayer or longer story mode. Zoom in to read cards is annoying. One of my fave apps nonetheless

Its worth it to tey it if tou like zombies and cards. Hard at first, but gets easier. I wish they would add expansions. You can buy this game on game crafters.

Relatively deep and smooth game play marred by poor app performance and an interface with poor feedback. Game play is interesting but some options seem clearly inferior compared to just focusing on high damage guns.

I really cannot recommend this game enough. It's such a well done take on both zombie games and TCGs. You can power through it quickly, or take your time, and it is definitely repayable when you feel like taking another run at it.

Would have had 5 star if you could carry more cards in your deck or upgrade things more etc.

Game does not work. Seems to get completely stuck during the very first card play in the tutorial, and the tutorial is apparently mandatory.

Really good game mechanics with a long campaign. I enjoyed tuning my deck for the tough end game challenges and starting over at the beginning.

I only rated it 3 because I've played this before, otherwise it would've gotten a 1 because it's a lot buggier than the last time. I load up the game and the text is black bars. Reinstalling fixed that, but then I get to the first battle and I can't go past my second turn because it sticks me with a STEN that can't be played because it requires 1 more AP, despite me having a Beretta the previous turn. I can only imagine what other users are dealing with.

Cool game but there is a few bugs, also the farming is really slow to get new cards and the balance is a little off when it comes to ap.

Love the card/apocalypse theme, It's the best turn based game I've played and downloaded on any of my android devices, So thanks, from gamer hunter.

If you want a time sink offline, this is a good place to sit down for a few minutes. Fun premise for a reasonable price.

A zombie card game.... A challenge to play and build a proper deck.

Great game, only thing I wish for is the saves saved from one device to yhe next.

I was loving this game, but then I went back to it and all of the sudden, all my progress is gone! I'm the type of player who does the side quests often to get new supplies, so this really stinks after all the work I did to set up my decks. I'm so upset about it, I'll probably stop playing and not return to it for a couple months. Why bother if my progress us just going to get wiped out in the middle?

Have to re-appy certain setting after each battle, when reopening the app; e.g. hide completed pins, lock pins. Overall, fun for a few hours. Wish there was a way to edit allies' deck, sell unwanted cards, buy wanted cards. Very pleased there's no paywall, play offline. Hope they fix the bugs and keep making games.

Game could be worth 5 stars if there was some 3d graphics. Some bolder outlines and shadowing on things like ticks and crosses would be an improvement. I would also recommend changing the font used for words in the game, the font gives the game a cheap and tacky feel.

My only complaint is that I wish it worked in landscape mode.

Glad I stumbled across this gem of a game. It's a single player card game with ccg aspects that pits you against swarming zombie hoards. Most impressive is how well the game encapsulates the feeling of escaping a zombie attack. You start out safely behind you barricades, buffing up while firing shots at the approaching hoard. Before long they break down your defenses, you are low on ammo, and you rush to find whatever melee weapon you can to bash your way to the exit. Lots of zombie and weapon traits keep things interesting. I love the comic style artwork, although would like a little higher rez images since I play on a larger tablet. A few UI improvements, such being able to see your whole hand at once, would be nice too. Still, definetly a game worth checking out.

Pretty great game, cool merger of mechanics from different games. Possible improvements: work on the production value in-game. Maybe the ability to see your hand (or how many cards are in it), or he ability to drag cards instead of so much tapping. Lots of fun though!

I finished the tutorial and played the first mission a few times. When I was done at night I used Shutapp to close my background running apps (also do this to stop getting constant notifications from other games at night). Woke up reopened the game it asked if I wanted to leave a review I selected not at this time and the game crashed, Re-opened and my progress was gone.

Great imagery and just a well thought out strategy CCG. Lots of variety and replayability. Definitely recommend

Card game with easy to understand rules. Game interface is easy to use and has a excellent art style.

Great game. My main gripe is that it is hard to find in the play store. Had to uninstall due to memory issues but then took ages to find it again.

This game is a very cool ccg pve game. I like the fact that their are no iaps. For this game to be a 5 star it would need better graphics for the fights and sound effects. I love the comic book style art it rocks.

.. But a little way to go. I'd like better graphics, landscape mode and maybe more options?

Great game. Could use a tap to clear tips, rather than them auto disappearing. Also I wish the app would do portrait mode. Finally if you could click on the various card titles and attributes to get details on what they mean, that would be really nice.
