Shelter Free for Android
There is literally no point in purchasing the ad free version. When you do you lose the extra 20 HP that you can gain by watching an ad as well as the extra card you can obtain on side missions if you watch an ad. Absolutely pointless unless you cant stand a 15 sec advertisement. Ill be posting a bad review over there too.
I love this game so much. Its just awesome. The amazing thing is that I dislike most card games, but the cards here, have been done very good. However the Problem is that I keeps loosing my Progress. If they fix this Ill give it a 5/5. Good luck to the Developers from me.
I agree with other posts that maybe a buy/sell function with unused cards. I stuck with the same deck, basically, all the way through. This game has the bones though and not just zombie bones...it could be great.
Repetitive and slow. A little more storytelling and customization would have made this game great. Instead I found that playing outside of the main story gave no real depth and provided less reward than the main missions. The main story itself was drawn out and dull. It left me bored after only a couple hours.
I can't think of any problems what's so ever. The only possible thing that could be added would be something to let you know what kind of item's are in "guns" & "melee" and so on. I thought at first that Ammo card was in gun rewards but it was in general.
Best CCG I've seen in a while, the comic book style art is a masterpiece, the game play is challenging and engaging. The only issue is that it's not long enough and finished too quickly.
Game isn't terrible but the add placement was driving me nuts. Had to uninstall. If you don't use screen switching then it's not too bad
Overall great game with interesting gameplay and good controls. Only complaint is the ads are annoying and pop up every time you come back to the game after letting your phone sleep, as well as being at the bottom of the screen all the time.
This is a PERFECT game made by just one person! Although your other game is a failure... You should work for 'Tiny Build' dude! You might buy a mansion in just one day working with em! PERFECT STUFF
It's a great game to me, looking at many aspects: It's zombie survival, a card game, and the art is amazing. I do wish there was a bit more of a story theme and some more character development, but that's all that I could really ask for. It's easy to understand, enjoyable, and not absolutely irritating when you lose a duel. Though, I do wish you were able to replace guns w/o ammo with new ones, because once you have five out and more show up but you're out of ammo, it becomes impractical.
I really enjoy this game. It was a pretty easy card came to pick up, fun but not addictive. I play on my terms, unlike other games that become addictive and time consuming. This is a plus for me.
Didn't expect much from low download amount, but the game is actually very entertaining, if you like card games like Magic the Gathering. Build your own deck, plan your tactic, lots of replay value. The ads don't bother, play it offline if you want, but watching ads gives you benefits. Would like to know where the rule book is though.
There little bugs where you have to tap multiple times before the card responding. The cards are too small. Certainly could make the screen less clutter, and make the cards bigger.
A little sluggish on interface. I wouldn't mind an option to cancel all animations for the sake of battery conservation and speed of play.
Great game very addictive but sometimes Freeze's my phone. Could make it where you could continue to farm before having to move on. Could be more equipment and cards but overall very enjoyable game.
Bloody great game. I'll play this for a long time. Great game play that let's you relax while you are still stressed from the game sending 3 soldier zombies at you. It's fantastic and recommended it to my father.
Looks a little complex as you first open the game but its actually really easy to get used to. Enjoyed until I got sick of playing the same stages over and over due to crashes and losing my progress
I don't see how you're supposed to defend against armored enemies when you don't get enough weapons to take their armor down and it regenerates. Some draws are just impossible to win. Saying "it's a card game" is no excuse, it's not a card game, it's a computer game, you can influence the generator to make things winnable. Disappointing because it seems like a good game otherwise.
It's really fun, kinda boring sometimes but really good, you should make the blue pins give us more cards! Also sometimes I start a level, the zombies get ready, and the game freezes and I have to restart! Are you gone? Haven't updated the game in a while. . .
Awesome game BUT the AP ballance is way off later in game. Why the hell don't you get more AP. Zombies overrun you a bit due to a reload or not having weapons from the random card gen sequence. Gun capacity seems to low. It seems very silly to waste AP reloading as half your turn is gone and as the zombies get more agressive you really are overwhelmed. Wasting 1 AP at nearly every turn is frustrating. Even at start sometimes your first move is wasted as you have no cards to play. It would be a small adjustment to fix this ir a difficulty setting which governs AP. Also you cant go back to the previous town to easier stage. Sposed free roam bit cant find it. But LOVE the mechanics and game play idea.
Few things could change would be if you look at a card in your deck & press end turn the card stays on your screen, you can't see what cards you receive in your new turn. Also don't like the stretchy card look it does when u play a card. Just doesn't seem to fit right. Has potential though
Zombies with traits stacking, pierceing and etc. This card game is straight forward, easy to learn/play and with some luck in card draw. You can fully edit your deck which is great. Only thing I am not sure of is what another survivor does in a fight besides adding ap, maybe their specific cards are added to fight?
I was not sure what to expect, but I found this to be a great game. I enjoy the mechanics, simple but very fun. The only thing I would like to see in more cards and the ablity to combine similar cards into better quality card. Example 4 hunting rifles can be come a hunting rifle with +1 damage or +1 round. Other than that it is a really fun game.
This game like a Zombie Magic: the Gathering adventure game with well crafted sounds and graphics. You're a survivor who must travel from one point to another. Along the way you have to loot, through card battles, for supplies to get where you need to go. Pretty simple zombie themed card game experience. Tons of replay value. Fun.
The card mechanics are fun and the storyline is great. The different characters you unlock throughout is my favorite part. The only thing is id like to see my whole hand and not just 1 card at a time. Fix that and this is one of the better games on google play.
This is a GREAT game if you love card turn based games that require some thought and strategy. The only problem I have with the game is the enemy rolles, it rolles the perfect numbers almost every time not to mention that it seems that infinit zombies seems to come and there isn't a zombie limit to a game it annoyes me and most of the time I end up losing besides that the game is a 5 star game
First off, I gave this game 5 instead of my usual 4 star max rating because I felt it deserved to be a 4+ avg rating not 3.8.. That being said they've done an excellent job of taking our favorite aspects about zombie destruction, adding healthy amounts of strategy in a seamless and entertaining fashion. The ads are perfect. Not too in your face or interrupting the game.
Well made mechanics and neat artworks make this game very interesting, really worth an attention. However, starting story missions are harder than they should be and allies give you rather not really useful cards.
Sweet game. A little repetitive. But all around a great concept. Not worth $2+ to get rid of ads when there are no ads if you play without wifi or data
I don't know how it was pulled off, but the concept of building a deck to fight off zombies that have new traits on every battle is the one thing I was looking for. I love how you are able to farm areas for more items, but one thing that would make the game 100% would be a shop to sell the extras that we don't use. (Unless it's later in the game) but this was just an experience I would recommend to anyone.
I can't think of any problems what's so ever. The only possible thing that could be added would be something to let you know what kind of item's are in "guns" & "melee" and so on. I thought at first that Ammo card was in gun rewards but it was in general.
The game play leaves a lot to be desired from a creative standpoint, but it's a solid interpretation of a classic card game. I think devs deserve a solid rating, because they delivered a polished product that doesn't seem to be a cash grab (kudos). It left me wanting a deeper experience, though. Next play session I'm hoping to see some more diversity.
Great game marred by bugs and short story. Given it is comic story driven that it stops so suddenly to tens of random blue encounters. Stopped me continuing to play.
This is the type of freemium I enjoy. There is nothing in the game you absolutely have to pay for to get and no point in the game where you almost have to pay to continue. I stayed up till 5am last night playing this when I first found it.
I have been playing the game and had gone pretty far in the game, but today I went back onto the game and all my progress was lost! I am back to the very beginning! Very frustrating! The reason I give it 2 stars instead of just 1 is because I was enjoying it until I lost everything.
While the zombie genre is a bit overdone this game avoids suffering much from tropes and clichés. Instead the zombie element provides for an interesting twist on the common card Lane clash games. Give the free version a try at least and check out the game play yourself.
Usually stay away from any ccg but when I saw this one, I had to give it a try. It's something different for sure but I've got to say, I'm impressed with it so far. Good comic book like graphics, solid strategy (the game really makes one think..card placement and the like). It's definitely worth your time checking out.
I haven't gotten too far yet, but this appears to be a rather good game. No glitches for me and actually seems to have a story. Only thing I find a little annoying on occasion is how the text can change a bit quickly on occasion, though this is not always the case.
Great game, but there needs to be an option to shuffle your starting hand. Too many times where you start with non-ranged weapons and can only draw 1 new one while a whole row of zombies spawn and you can fight back

As other reviews have said, it's a good game, but it could be better. The controls to use the cards can be a bit slow to respond sometimes. And if the zombies place an equip card the only way to know it's effect is to memorise the equip cards before they're placed. But still an overall enjoyable game.
