Algebra Tutor

I was hoping this app would give lessons of Algebra on different levels instead of just beginners, but that isn't the main problem. In the Polynomial section there are lessons that are completely blank. You press on it and nothing's there. There's also a lesson where after you press practice it doesn't give you multiple choice or an option for next problem; it just gives you the equation and thenthe answer right beneath it.

None of the links to learn how to solve these problems work. Maybe after I learn the basics I can use this app for practice, please fix then I could give more stars. Thanks!

Web pages won't open in browser. 404 error. Anyway I would expect content to be within the app and not elsewhere. If I needed a course via browser I would have searched one on Google.

Its a good workout and explains where you went wrong clearly. I recommend this app to any middle schooler struggling with algebra. It doesn't get to advanced but covers the basics very nicely. 5 stars.

I am not good at math and this app helps me so much! I am able to see what areas I am good at and focus more on the areas I'm not. It also allows you to read and learn explanations of the answers so hopefully over time you will remember the ways it is teaching you. So helpful!

This app is really hard to navigate through and doesn't show me how to solve the problem. I would give it 0 stars but thats not an option. Basically, I do not recommend this app for people trying to learn algebra or trying to practice algerbra.

When I click on lessons a 404 browser occurs. What good is a math app if you can not access the instructional material? Uninstall

I try to open the lessons and each one of them sent me to an error page. It would be great if it worked

Ok, I don't know if this happened to anyone else, but when I open up the app a screen shows up with a lady in it, the lady says her name and then says ready to learn, then two buttons come up and they say yes or no. I click yes and no where out of the blue she gives me a question then pressures me to answer the question. And If I say idk or a wrong answer, she gives me a 20 minute lecture on why algebra is important to life. Um wow, no teacher I know, very upset, wanted extra help, :-(

I am terrible at math, but this app turned it around. I am now doing way better in my algebra class! Missing one star because instructions are not offline. Overall epic app!

I love it. It needs more lesson but it's great. I only needed it for a couple days. I have caught up thanks to this

If you just need a quick refreshing of how to write out equations or defining equations this is for you.. This isnt good if you want to start from scratch!

Keep getting 404 errors upon selecting a topic to learn.

Will be helpful. Not sure why people are complaining the only thing wrong I see with this app is the survey not working.

The lesson pages do not load. Links to a mathvine page but error 404 comes up. I can skip to the practice and figure it out but this is not what i was hoping for.

This app was good once, but I think the author no longer supports or checks it. It's very poor now, with broken links and an obvious lack of commitment.

The learn section keeps saying error no matter which subject i choose. On the practice section, multiplying monomials by polynomials only gives you one choice. And the survey button doesn't even work. I bet you the creators of this app don't read the reviews, otherwise it would've been fixed. Someone else complained about the learn section back in September and it still isn't fixed.

This app first off when you click learn it takes you online to another math site that has an error code so it doesn't work. Also this app ONLY give practice questions if you do not know how can you solve the problem.

The "Lessons" portion will only teach you what a "404 page not found" page looks like.

This app sucks. Its stupid. It doesn't teach you anything!! It just ask you stupid questions. I learned nothing!! Don't look at the other comments and be like oh, he must not like it... No... This is boring and it ask you the most stupidest questions. Ugh...

Omg it actually tutor for free great job on making this app now I'll be sure to pass my algebra class and get good grades too if your reading this go head and download the app oh and its my birthday best gift ever

Very limited in what it offers. Questions require different skills to those shown in the tutorial.

Outstanding app. In just one night I relearned most of what I had forgotten over the years, and some of which I never knew in the first place.

I like Algebra Vocal Vocab app, it uses voice recognition.

I am bad in math, and has help me alot. Great if you want to study for a GED test.

Doesn't even give you lessons. The only thing I like about this app is that it gives you step by step on how to solve each problem which is extremly helpful.

Great app! I have been using it all summer to prep for an upcoming class... university level calculus... as I realized that I had forgotten much of the algebra (as well as every other math course) I had taken in high school.... 15yrs ago!!! :p Thank you to the people/person behind the app!

They are links, and not lessons contained in the application. I click on a lesson, and it takes me to a dead link on the net. Useless.

Am enjoying this app...so far...I will be needing this app to help me take my placement test in college...and future courses.

I don't like apple but never would you have some piece of garbage like this on their app store, which is just a screen with web links. Not only that the web pages dont even exist anymore. Google need to start reviewing apps as this is NOT an app and would never have even got onto the app store. Total crap and waste of time.
