Vampires and Villagers

Welcome everybody. This is a very exciting SMS based table game that you can play with your friends. More the merrier and more exciting. Here is how to play:

1) First of all, welcome to the village. But beware, This is no ordinary village. Vampires stalk around, just like you in the morning, but powerful and hungry in the night.

2) Before starting, You may add new players by pressing Add(+) button, type in player name and her gsm number(with country code).

3) If you want to delete a player, long press on it.

4) It is time to start the game. First choose number of vampire and oracles in your game (For 8-player game, 2 vampire and 2 oracles are convenient for example). Press Start Button, and every player shall get a SMS(Short Message), telling their secret identities.

5) Now everyone has a role, First night should fall.

6) You are the GM (Game Master). GM talks: Everybody close their eyes and go to sleep (including GM)...now only vampires wake up open their eyes, so they will know each other. Now vampires close your eyes, and everybody wake up and open your eyes.

7) It is almost sunrise. Now press Continue button, everybody gets a new SMS in their sleep... Things will start to get interesting...

8)SMS for an oracle gives 3 names, one of which is a vampire for sure...

9) SMS for a villager gives 2 names, at least one of them is innocent for sure...

10) Vampires have to play it well or they will be picked for death...

11) It is morning now...Players will talk about their suspects, trying to find the identity of vampires...take some time...

12) Election time... Players will give vote for who to kill with silver bullet...hopefully a vampire...

13) Election is over...the Most Voted victim is dead now... Ask her if it is a vampire. Answer MUST be short: Yes or No. If it is, village is safer now. If not, you just killed an innocent villager. From now on, she, the first blood, is the co-GM. Click on dead players name so that its icon turns from smiling into dead. From now on she is not getting SMS.

14) Now night is enclosing... GM talks: Everybody go to sleep and close eyes. now Vampires wake up and open your eyes. Vampires, Who will you choose as your victim?

15) Vampires decide and show their victim with their eyes to the co-GM, co-GM talks: Vampires, close your eyes. now Everybody wake up and open your eyes. In the night, vampires killed an innocent villager. Whose name is Willy(e.g.). Click on dead players name so that its icon turns from smiling into dead.

16) Now it is time for next day. follow from Step 7 as before.

17) If number of villagers and vampires becomes equal, Vampires Win.

18) If all of the vampires are dead, Villagers Win.

19) Enjoy and be careful with your friends, watch them closely, remember their votes and misdirection attempts...
