Elmo Calls by Sesame Street

I purchased the all calls pack so I could organize them into favorites and schedule calls. Every time I go into the parent section to do so, the app crashes. I've complained and asked for a refund and have not received. Do not waste your money or time. Poor customer service and very little usability.

I loved this app until the latest update. Now Elmo literally only does 3 calls. I'm so tired of playing a cowboy, being told how he's my friend and singing The Farmer and the Dell. No more calls about letters either. For spending over $7 for the full version, I'm getting ripped off.

**Updated review** Thank you for notifying me of the fix. My toddler loves loves loves this app. With the all calls packet there is enough variety to keep it fresh and interesting. Upgraded to the all calls packet, took my money but didn't get any of the calls. No response to repeated attempts to contact

It's a nice game if it worked properly. I downloaded all the calls and while it seems all the calls are there when you call Elmo, you can't access the parents part to make call schedules or listen to individual calls. It crashes as soon as you input the number it asks you to type. Would be awesome and my daughters love it if it worked like it should. I'm a bit disappointed I spent money on something that half works.

My little sister was ACTUALLY giggling when she finished this, she is a big fan of elmo and she says that when she watches sesame street, she always feels good. I could edit this but she REALLY did love it. If this app did not exist then Evie would be so sad

My toddler loved the FaceTime calls with Elmo, so I purchased the whole package. Now I can't get into the parent portal to save his favorites. I feel like you took my money and ripped me off. Fix this or give me my money back please.

I paid for extra packs and they can't be pulled back on my new phone. Error code 6. Once my messages finally are answered or I am refunded I will change back to five stars. As is these developers are thieves.

My daughter lived this app until I updated my ios. Now it crashes everytime I try to enter the parent area to restore my purchase.

IT IS RUBISH Because you get the same calls unlease you use your money up to buy the packs for the calls.my child went to play and the only call he got was the cowboy one and he got really bored. so I decided to payso he got a sing call to sing old MacDonald and he started and stared at the screen and he craked my phone and he told me he saw some thing in its eye. the only reason it is okay is because I went to pay for the counting sheep one so I looked in the sing one and saw a old classic londen bridge is falling down. so I then buyed it and he got to 5 and serisly slap bang he was asleep. No I did not slap him then make a bang. So pooppy

I can't access this app..I've reinstalled it several times..It really upsets my daughter that Elmo won't play with her...We have reported this issue at leat 10 times now..When are you going to fix this?..I'd like my money back now please

My daughter loves this game...keeps her busy when I'm shopping. ..just wish there were more phone conversations from Elmo. There's only about 4 different ones. ..

Just like other reviews said, every time I try to access the parental controls the app crashes. Very frustrating because my son loves it.

This app would be so much better if it actually worked! I paid for all of the calls and can't even get to the parent portal to access them, and I have the most recent version available!

My wife has this app for the iPhone. She has over ten calls. I download it and get three. That kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth, if you know what I mean.

Unusable parental controlls. If you have purchased the full pack you need to use the parental contolls to access the content. The app has been crashing for days and no resolve as of yet. Shameful sesame street needs to find better developers

I purchased the app only to have it crash when I open it. I would like a refund!

Do not buy. Wish I read the reviews before I purchased. The parent section part of the app crashes and I want to change settings that I get no access to after paying for full access.

Im having trouble entering the parent mode to set up calls. I bought the call packages with the intention of having set phone calls. My daughter loves the video calls.

Hated it, I didn't get a call from any one. My friend loved it. But the SCAM!!!! NO ONE CALLED ME!!! AND DON'T MAKE ME THEORIZE HOW... A DOLL CAN TALK?!??!!??!!??!!!!???? I would like to speak to the devs...

After buying all calls, can't get into the settings to add to fav. App is now useless after buying all calls, smh

Love this app. Downloaded all the calls now we can't access the grownups part to select favorites. On the cookie monster app it works please fix.

All the calls need to be free! Seasame workshop needs to do something about it. What if we don't have money?
