Dungeon Ascendance Roguelike for Android
This game is fun. Big fun. And unless a little subtraction is beyond your capabilities, it won't be too tough for you --don't listen to other reviewers. Like turn-based, strategic fun? Look no further
you won't find game like this
Love this game.
Just what I was looking for.
Simple, well designed and fun. Thx for development.
It's sad that this has only 5k people... AAA game.
Great developer. I haven't actually tried the game yet because of various problems with my phone — but the developer is fantastic. Support for the win.
very fun GAME when you don't have Much time
Quick to finish, but then you start on the achievements and it's addictive! I'm not normally one for it, but they're such good fun, worth every penny.
There is no easy way trough. And even though some here complain: this game is not for you. This is for those who like a good challange, Plan 10 steps ahead! If you like that in a game, this is a good one :)
The game will not start and just stays on a black screen. Love this game and would have given 5 stars
Great for a little turn based time waster with some re playability. The difficulty level really depends on which class you select and once you unlock some of the new classes the game can become a breeze, but you can still be entertained by the different kinds of game styles available to the classes. I hope we will see a sequel or an update someday.
Can be as casual and/or in depth as you like, I use it for quick sessions and relax sessions, always come back to it, its my new Solitaire :)
very fun GAME when you don't have Much time
If you like Desktop Dungeons you'll like this one too. Closer to a puzzle game than a proper roguelike but certainly worth 3 bucks.
The thinking man's rpg
Game play is ok but deffo no rouge like. What unfortunately is are the sprites you took from dunegon crawl stone soup. Not worth the price
Great game. I would love it if more classes and levels were released but it is well worth the price as is. Please make more games too, I would love to see what else you can do.
Enjoyable puzzler dressed up like a roguelike
Really great one. Lots of achievements to run for, new heroes appear with updates, great developer support :) P.S.: Translocator is really something! Especially in workshop ;)
I understand that roguelikes are intended to be hard, and that you're supposed to die dozens of times per success, but the feeling of futility here is a bit overwhelming.
It's very refreshing to see a game these days where you aren't entitled to win just because you press play. Seeing the babies on here complaining about the difficulty makes me sad. Yes, you actually have to think to win this. But you will feel a sense of achievement when you finally figure it out. This is a game worth playing.
Its nice that you guys appreciate the game is too hard for most players, however, when your customers repeatedly bring to your attention an issue they have with your product... Maybe you could take a look at their issue instead of basically telling them tough ****. I have not played enough to get to the upper levels yet, so I'm not sure how hard it is, but after reading the comments with your replies, it's obvious that your ability to work with the people that are paying you is pathetic. 1 star is deserved
Firstly I must say ignore the people who rate this game 1 or 2 stars because it's too hard. I would rate the game 4 stars but feel 5 is fair to balance others unfair ratings. Yes the game is hard but that's what makes it fun. The game is a challenge. The idea surely derived from desktop dungeons and that's okay! I have really enjoyed playing this game and look forward to future content.
A very clever game. All of the levels can be defeated on all of the characters, but some will take many (many) attempts. A good mental arithmetic workout! (I much prefer the 'old' graphics)

Really underrated puzzler. If you're into math and strategy, this one's for you!
Prepare for death upon death when playing. Serious strategic gameplay is needed to succeed, to the point of measuring when to level up and against which creature. Simple math is a must to calculate different outcomes and choose the best path. And even after all this sometimes levels simply are not possible to solve. Still an excellent entry in the genre, which brings a lot of different strategies, heroes and monsters.
Very fun "roguelike". Difficulty level is quite high, so don't expect to win without effort!
Someone please tell me how to unlock Ninja and Translator , thanks.
This class is unplayable without this feature and it makes me very sad. Other than that, awesome game. This is a math puzzle, which is awesome. "Normal" roguelikes are hard because of randomness. This one is hard because you're not good enough at math.
Not so sure that I'm a fan of the roguelike aspects however I feel that this game is really put together well. It has nice sound effects and great visuals. I'llc ross my fingers that they make a new game one day with a bit more of a forgiving system to it.
Not great if you hate math, though.

Couldn't have asked for a more well-designed, challenging, and robust rogue-like game for my Android. No problems at all on my Motorola Photon! Update 8/30/13: Not once have I ever regretted this purchase! Works great on my S3.
I love the new look and graphics. I bought this game at release and it has continued to be one of my most played games. I must have sunk 50+ hours into it! A strong roguelike, well supported by dev. Fantastic value for money! I like support indie devs who really care about their games.
Not too bad. Love to see a leveling system game in the same style.
Great time waster. Later dungeons give a good challenge
Awesome.

Been wanting to play desktop dungeon on my phone. unfortunately the android version of that game is tablet only. So I got this game instead. (plus it's way cheaper). Been loving it so far, developer is very nice and responsive. The differences in this game from desktop dungeons are refreshing and differentiate it enough to not feel like a cheap knockoff. Worth every penny.
