Leestraining met educatieve games:
Voor kinderen die vastlopen in het leesproces en aanvankelijke lezers

Lezergame is een leestraining die je heel makkelijk kunt inzetten bij zowel kinderen die zijn vastgelopen in het leesproces als bij aanvankelijke lezers.

Totaalpakket
Het totaalpakket omvat educatieve games, leesboekjes en oefenmappen. Je kunt de verschillende onderdelen los van elkaar gebruiken, maar ze versterken elkaar als je ze combineert. Ze zijn perfect op elkaar afgestemd en hebben een consequente opbouw. Dit zorgt ervoor dat kinderen zelfstandig hun weg kunnen vinden.
Het educatief concept is van Martine Ceyssens. De educatieve games zijn ontwikkeld door Sensotec, terwijl de boekjes en oefenmappen door Abimo verzorgd worden.

De educatieve games
De educatieve games sluiten naadloos aan op de rest van de leestraining. De opbouw van de niveaus en woordstructuren is identiek aan die van de leesboekjes en oefenmappen. De leerlingen kunnen dus heel systematisch oefenen.
De opeenvolgende stappen worden zo klein mogelijk gehouden. Dit zorgt voor meer leesplezier en minder leesfrustratie:
- Traject 1: Letters
- Traject 2: Eenlettergrepige woorden
- Traject 3: Woorden met 3 en 4 lettergrepen, be- / ge- / ver-, verenkelen en verdubbelen
Kinderen kunnen bij elke oefening een hulplijn oproepen. Afhankelijk van het niveau worden de letters of woorden voluit of in stukjes voorgelezen. Die letters of woorden worden later nog eens herhaald in het spel.
Bovendien krijgen de kinderen onmiddellijke feedback in de games. Bij een juist antwoord hoort het kind dat hij juist was en gaat onderaan de balk vooruit. Bij een fout antwoord wordt het juiste antwoord nog eens getoond en gaat de balk onderaan niet vooruit. Deze opdracht wordt later nog eens herhaald in het spel zodat het kind de kans krijgt om het de volgende keer wel goed te doen.
Leerlingen kunnen per traject kiezen tussen “oefenspel” en “vrij spel. Kies voor “vrij spel” om systematisch te oefenen op basis van het heen-en-weerblad. Bij “vrij spel” worden de woorden automatisch bepaald.
Er kan gefilterd worden op spelletjes die alleen (passief lezen) of met hulp (actief lezen) kunnen gespeeld worden en op spelletjes met en zonder tijd.
De games bieden ook de optie om woordenrijtjes op een prikkelarme manier te oefenen (zonder afleidende afbeeldingen).
Je kunt de games op de computer en op de tablet spelen met dezelfde licentie.

Game Reader is a reading exercise that you can use easily in both children stranded in the reading process as for initial readers.

The educational games
The educational games seamlessly with the rest of the reading tutor. The structure of the word levels and structures identical to that of the read books and exercise folders. The students can then practice very systematically.
The successive steps are kept as small as possible. This allows for more reading and less frustration read:
- Route 1: Letters
- Route 2: monosyllabic words
- Route 3: Words with 3 and 4 syllables, working / facial / displacement, singulation and doubling
Children can call a helpline each exercise. Depending on the level of the letters or words be read in full or in pieces. Those letters or words are repeated later in the game.
Moreover, the children receive immediate feedback in the games. For a correct answer the child hears that he was right and going forward down the bar. When a wrong answer, the correct answer is shown again and going down not forward beam. This command is repeated later in the game so that the child gets the chance to it to do well next time.
Students can choose a range between "training game" and "free play. Choose "free play" to systematically practice on the basis of the back-and-forth leaves. By "free play" the words are determined automatically.
There can be filtered by games alone (read passively) or help (read asset) can be played and games with and without time.
The games also offer the option to practice word back on a few stimuli (without distracting images).
