TVアニメ『ケイオスドラゴン 赤竜戦役』の結末から10年……
世界には混沌の軍勢（ケイオス）が溢れだし、二大国によって保たれていたかりそめの平和は崩壊する。

一方、「ニル・カムイ」の地にはひとりの青年が現れていた。
名のみを記憶し、〈ケイオス〉の戦士を滅ぼすことができる異能の青年。
彼は己の記憶を持たぬ代わりに、物体や場所に宿る記憶に触れ、またその世界に入り込む力を持っていた。

ニル・カムイの経済を支配する〈不死商人〉禍グラバは
彼の異能をして世界を救済する鍵と判断し、勇者たちを共に連れて旅立たせるのであった。
これは、彼が混沌に満ちた世界を救済する物語である。
