Barcode Wars

This game is fun and it's nostalgic of the Skannerz games I used to play as a kid. That being said, I gave it 4 stars because there's a little lack of content in the game. However, I see so much potential at every turn that I'm sure future changes will really make it shine.

When it scans it closes the app.... ;(

Wasn't that great, you scan a code and level the creature up it becomes a bat, another becomes a bat on level up. Your appearance doesn't seem to change. Very boring!

This is a well made barcode Battle app. Only thing stopping it from 5 stars is the necessity to have internet. It would be nice if you could fight saved codes while offline. Very fun otherwise

Awesome idea, but could be so much better/in depth imo. Instead of scanning for monsters only you should be able to get items and skills and upgrade them that way too.

I can't get the title screen to bring up any options it just has "barcode wars" on the top half of the screen

i love the pixel art.ive gotten a few identical monsters,but no big deal. id love to see item/ weapon / armor implemented in the same way. good job!!

Literally can't play the game. It just stays at the intro menu and no pressing or swiping with do anything. Why make a wallpaper with music?

For those complaining that the barcode has nothing in common with monsters. Doing such a game means scanning all the barcodes worldwide and giving them a monster. Try making a game better than this. Atleast the creators are trying to make it better but with such trolls disrating because instead of a water bottle the game gave them a bat.

Very cool idea, the system works great, but occasionally the barcode scanner will mis read certain numbers on a barcode. So, generalized, barcode accuracy is a small issue. Oh and if anyone has the game diablo 3 scan it and there is a lvl 25 squid thing. Cool

I cannot speak for the actual gameplay as I was unable to even create an account. Attempting to resulted in a file not found error. Why they require you to for a mobile phone game is beyond me...

This is a great bar code game.

This is a fun little level grinder. Scan barcodes to find monsters to fight. Fights earn gold and experience. Use gold to hire new hereos and buy skills. It would be great if barcodes were used for more than just acquiring monsters. Since monsters level along with you, you only need a handful of codes to get moving. Maybe if there was a monster encyclopedia you could fill and hunt rare monsters for? That would be incentive to keep scanning.

Any game a dev steadily works on is good in my opinion. They actively see what works and what doesn't. The game is a bit of a grind right now, but I expect it will get better.

There's nothing quite like this in the Play Store. Although, I was a little disappointed in the scanning itself. I scanned five items and I got two of the ant monsters. I was expecting more diversity, but regardless, a fun game and excellent time killer! I can't wait to see how future development turns out.

Not enuf of a story barcodes can't be cleared.

This game I'd rate 10 stars it outstanding and I love it plz put more updates into the game and it will be a 100 /100 stars

Needs more depth.

Game runs well, but the barcode scanner defaults to an absurdly low resolution and is completely unable to scan. I've tested my tablet with other proper barcode/QR code scanners and they all worked. It is unfortunate that this key feature simply does not work.

The game is still bare-bones. All you can do is scan a barcode, get a random monster, fight said monster, then after the monster levels up a bit it gives up and a totally unrelated monster takes the Barcode over. There seems to be no correlation between the codes and monsters. An adventure/quest/story mode would be nice. Pvp would be nice as well. Right now, all there is for progress is a leader board of who is the highest level.

Very cool. hoping to watch this app evolve to incorporate even more features! Weapons/Armor as well as some type of quick scan feature would be well received!
