I've been playing this game for months but I'm DONE with the fact that I have missed countless calls. When my phone rings if the app is open it freezes.

Like the game but it keeps freezing and I made a purchase and did not get anything so I want a refund of the contents that was purchased please :)

I bought a new comers pack for $4.99 and I was never credited the items! I restarted the game and that didnt work either. What a rip off!!!

its a great game but when I try to get in the game it "unfortunately stops" and I cant get in the game and its sad you cant see your fish ever again after you release them and see the progress of their species.overall its pretty cool , as of right now im at lv.7

Love the real life species although some of the items needed for rarer species are very hard to come by

PLAYERS BE ADVISED..... When i first found & started playing this game it was Good. New game, you expect a few bugs/probs/issues. Talked w/support....they were all over it, couldn't be nicer, helped fix the prob right away. I'm thinking, "I hit it right when I found this game!!" I was sooo Happy. However as time went on, more & more "Issues & Known Issues" have come up. Customer Support not really interested in helping fix the issues, compensate or anything else. Now these issues have grown & more issues have popped up to the point that I can't even earn enough SPLASH CASH to feed my fish. If you can't feed the fish well then the game becomes kinda mute. If Runaway would have someone who seems to actually care to fix the Issues, this would be a 5+ game again. I would be glad to change my review & give it a much Higher Review Score. I will keep checking back to see if anything changes & HOPEFULLY it Will!! RUNAWAY, I WISH YOU LOTS OF LUCK. I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN & ENJOY IT, AGAIN. But at this point all it does is frustrate me.

Google play issue now can't get into game

Wouldnt even load tried fresh install and error cannot load if persists please contact us but guess what as it wont load I cant contact you grrrrr so annoyed as I have played in the past and enjoyed it

The game kept on crashing and it would not load. I am very upset with this game

It says there's a connection error every time I try to open it even though my Internet is fine, please fix this

It's great up until there's a special event on with special fish and it every time I click to open the egg it completely shuts down.

I have played flutter and I really loved them but I have to say this is better. It's so relaxing and it's fun making different fish.

Absolutely love this game. So addicting. Put a lot of time into this game. Fun & colorful. & it also tells you fun facts about each fish you create & about the reef. Love it

Just wish it would be a little less difficult to complete events without spending cash.... I'm almost always short a few hundred XP from getting the last creature, let alone the final decor

I completed level 45 but is not passing to 46. What is wrong? This is the last level?

Had fun at first then I bought the starter pack which crashed the app now it won't start at all and if I try start the game it freezes my phone up. I've lost my game but most importantly MY MONEY.

You are supposed to say it's online! If I knew that I wouldn't have installed it. You don't go in a store and when you get to the counter the price is suddenly up!

Beautiful. Slow to open....minimal interaction.

This was a lovely relaxing game. But the food is too expensive. I feel guilty when i have to leave fish waiting at the feed pot. Im at level 12, and now it is taking too long to level up, the space is too small, i never have enough food, and it can take days to finally get all the items needed to create goal fish. So it started good, and while i expect a game to be challenging, its lost its appeal.

I love this game so much but it's been taking me forever to lvl up and open up new sets of fishes :( I've started with pigmy seahorses before you guys migrated from DENA and I STILL haven't finished them!!! :( i play every day fcs! Please make it easier to finish the sets bcuz this is absurd! I'll be on this for next two years!!!! :(

Nice info on the fish. Game design is pretty good except game crashes a lot. If you close the screen and reopen, it gives a black screen and you have to manually stop app to run it again. Videos crash often too. Food is really expensive and takes a long time to get experience. Fish are always hungry because you can't make food fast enough. Rare items are impossible to find, so in the end you find yourself staring at a bunch of hungry fish while waiting for more food everytime you open the app.

The food is very expensive and I feel like I've hit a wall as far as expansion goes. It seems to take forever to level up and getting new decoration spots (to make more coins, to buy more expensive food) is prohibitive in the cost of the things required to open a new spot. 10 rare gems, seriously?

I really like this game but I'm at a stand still w new finish rare item r really hard to get. In till u find them not much fun or useless to play. Black screen a lot when down loading.

I was really happy with this game until now. This new pufferfish event has not been very successful.... Every time I try to hatch anything now, it crashes.

This is from the same company thing that made Flutter Starlight so OF COURSE ITS A GREAT GAME. The only thing I disliked was the expensive food. Other than that, this is a wonderful game. Very immersive. <3

The graphics are absolutely beautiful. I'm really impressed that all of the animals are actual species. I've learned a lot just from playing with this app. The attention to detail is amazing. I also love that it's stress free. I'm completely addicted.

The 'random' chance on the snail and hermit crab need fixed. Its gotten to the point that I'm genuinely surprised if I ever DONT get the lowest currency prize. As for the hermit crab, if there's ever anything new in that grid you had better have enough tickets to dig up everything you ALREADY HAVE before he'll find the new stuff. I have a grid thats 3/9 new stuff and has a Golden Ticket. I used all 4 of my pink tickets and theres still 3 new things and 2 shells he hasn't found. How tf is that random. Yeah sure i got a golden ticket but i would have settled for even just ONE of the new things. And theres no way im using this golden ticket till I save up 8 more cause I'd rather empty the grid to get a couple new things, than use my goldens and only get old stuff. TL;DR random prizes arent random and its bullsh*t.

Hey Lisa thank you so much for replying BTW my event parrotfish are really happy in their inviornment thank you Soo much for creating this game I just discovered a new type of butterfly fish can't wait to discover more and finish level eight in flutter I have a lot of new butterfly species almost every time I make an egg it's unknown species that makes me really happy once I got a Common Jezebel three times in a row I can tell why it's a 'Common' Jezebel hehe

The ads make the game crash. Waste of time and no reward. Too much time and money needed to continue the game, unless you want to spend real money.

Loses levels every time I close out. Bought a 5 dollar pack last night with 200 of those green dollars and didn't get them. Fun game, great concept, and it is relaxing, but it's very glitchy.

I can not reach your help when I click on it all completely goes black then closes . I'm having issues with chest and reword corals not working properly or closing app
