Footy Manager 13 is a text based simulation game where you manage an Aussie Rules Footy team, you are in control of all aspects of the club including
* Player Contracts
* Team Linups
* Team Tactics
* Substitutions
* Staff Upgrades
* Stadium Upgrades
* Player Transfers
* Player Training
* Player Fitness
* Injuries
* Suspensions
The game starts at the transfer season where you negotiate with other clubs to buy and sell players to strengthen your team, you then go through the draft where your team will pick up some rookie players to fill the squad. The season starts and you play all 22 rounds keeping an eye the top 8 and if your good enough top 4. The full finals month is played out ending with the grand final, after the grand final the next season starts.
Things which are not yet included are playing the draft to pick the right players for your squad, playing a pre season cup to test out your team and tactics - these are high on my list of features to add.
I built this AFL style manager game from the ground up and had so much fun playing it I thought you might enjoy it too. It is still early days and I am hoping to build a fantastic and enjoyable game but I do need your help to make it great, if you see any stats or player attributes which you want updated visit my website and let me know, I will update player stats as often as possible over the next few months. I will also look to further enhance the simulation engine and add a bucket load of new features, you can have your say on features to include over at my website.

Play it almost every day. Love being able to build a team from the ground up. Only problem is after a $50 million upgrade I can't get back into the upgrade section, it just keeps loading. If not for this issue I'd give the game 5 stars.

Love this game and been hoping for a update or another game based like this with some new additions. I emailed the designer who hoped to have a update out but that was over a year ago. Shame because this is a game that others should replicate because theres a great interest in fantasy football and managerial games so if anyones listening.....make more games like this!!!!

Great time-waster on the train. Logic and balance near on perfect. You can win if you buy / sell the right players and don't have too many injuries. Brilliant freebie and please never ad ads! Suggestions: AFL coach offers if you do well, put more quality players on the market (after 20 seasons with the swans only old players rank above 90 and there are very few good players around, so you can't buy well if cashed up. Love it, though. Hope you write an rugby league coach app).

Great game but I am stuck on 20th October, the game gets stuck with a loading symbol and wont progress to the next day.

The new updates are good however it is not allowing me to purchase players anymore and sometimes the same with selling, since the last update. Looking forward to seeing some viewable year long player stats still a fun game and great to see a developer that listens to feedback 5 stars just for that :)

The game is addictive and I play it daily. But there needs to be updates on team lists and player info. I think you should make an in-game editor that lets you change team lists, names, stats and all that jazz, that way if you are late with an update we can do it ourselves. Thank you

Great game! Just needs some more features continuously added, love the constant updates! Would love to see ability to select who we draft! Like where we can see potential, strengths etc Also slight flaw is I can sell my 60-70 scrub players for 2mil each in the offseason, so I can buy like Swan or Pavlich for 2-3 60rated players ahahaha

I played 1 season tryed to play a second and everytime i go to play a game it sims the whole thing and i loose 5 10 and have no games played on the ladder

Absolutely loved it until the second season when it was bugged. Duplicate players appeared and when I was selling players, my own club bought them!
