I never got to play the PC version but this is a great rpg ???? lots of humor, I love it!

I'm so glad i can play this game on my phone.

Always a favorite. I just put on my tablet also.

Aint even opened the app yet and I KNOW it's worth getting it. This was played by myself and a load of my friends for years, the humour is spot on, the gameplay is fantastic (If a little basic) but give it a chance and you will fall in love with it!

I decided to search for this golden oldie just for the hell of it, and boy was I happy to see that you guys actually ported it! The best part is that it plays, looks and feels just like the original game. It was an absolute joy to play through again, and brought me back to when I played through the original demo of DS, not knowing that I wasn't supposed to get to Kernsin in that version. And later the full version. Back then I had no idea that DMODs even existed, so now I am even more excited to go on playing community-made stories expanding endlessly upon the original story. Thank you!

Brings back all the good memories. Nicely ported for Android. But can't seem to be able to install any addons. FC's whenever I try to install one.

The game is fun, but really needs better control and the monsters need to show a health bar, will rate 5 stars once these problems are addressed and fixed

Game plays just like the original, which is great, and the speed up tweet and quick save makes the difficult joystick still enjoyable. The add-ons are a great addition into the dink madness. REVISED: I wrote a money's worth review that ended up being MY phone software and carrier network issues and apologize about the pre-emptive negative review of 3 stars. All add-ons work and play just as well as they do on my pc. Please support these devs they were quick to try and help me with MY issue.

I loved this game when I was playing it on the PC and was excited to download. I played it once when I brought it but every time I've tried to open it since it comes up with a "unfortunately Dink HD has stopped" message! I've sent a report but still nothing please fix

Amazing game, great memories. However the game controller I am using (Ipega 9025) seems to have some slight issues. The Y and B buttons seem to both open the menu and the inventory at the same time, while both X and A are attack. I would assume one button would be assigned for talking, one for magic, one for attacking etc. I have already used programs to confirm the controller works flawlessly, and other games and emulators work perfectly as well. I hope this gets fixed soon!

Horrendous controls on a touch screen, nothing in the way of difficulty settings to compensate, lack of ui feedback (health bars etc)

This thing is WAYY more polished than the pc original. The actual gameplay still holds up after all these years, too. The humor also holds up well. New snazzy menu, no more constant crashing, great quicksave functionality. Plus the ability to load up any game mod you want...sign me up! That means I still like this game, after so long.

As far as the over charge issue is concerned, I think these folks are seeing the amount in yen instead of dollars. I was charged the correct amount.

Outstanding mature rpg Zelda for adults. Obviously a pc classic. Lets u install over 300 free user made expansion mods = over 800 hrs of gameplay. Evo

Bad game , moving is difficult and it is most of game. Couldn't refund.

I did my first playtrough over ten years ago and Im so happy to finally be able to contribute a small amount of money to the people that created this whimsy and honest adventure. You can even download the fanmade material and further expand the experience. Great game and app!

Dink smallwood was ahead of its time in the sense that it was truly an indie game in the early age of PC gaming. What distinguishes itself from all other RPGs was just the weirdness...it's very unique and something I hadn't experienced before. It's not a long game like most RPGs and it's definitely worth the $3 for the entertainment it provides!

- Great sense of humor - Very high quality graphics - Just the right difficulty - Wonderful music - Requires some clever thinking and boldness to try new things and approaches

It's funny, and old school which is great, but the combat is terrible, u have no idea what level ur opponent is... and it's very crude. Also it's linear, but u can waste a lot of time working out what u r meant to do.

It was the great game it used to. Be until the goblin camp, where my HTC One X started lagging bad, I died(by goblins), my savegames had disappeared, my quicksave was gone and everything was gone. Couldn't Continue as there were suddenly no savegames. Not gonna be playing it again at least. Not on android anyways.

What a great HD rendition of a classic, cult game. True to the PC version, there aren't many ports that are spot on like this one. Great RPG adventure game. I played this on PC many years ago and it has aged well. The humor is great, the gameplay is solid and the graphics are lovable. Not to mention the characters are fun. I highly suggest this game, old or new to the game!
