The game has a lot of potential and the art style is great. I'm a huge fan of grueling platformers (Kaizo Mario, Space is Key, etc.) but this game is missing something others in the genre have nailed: controls. If your game is made to be challenging, you'd better make sure you nail the controls - otherwise player deaths feel cheap rather than challenging. The movement in this game is just too jerky as of now. Tweak the controls and continue to add levels through updates and you'll get 5-stars.
