Love the genre, love the old school style, don't like the game . Seems unfinished to me , towns and buildings you can't go in , stairs you can't climb and bugs. Tried to like , but after 2 days of looking for a chicken I'm supposed to catch , gave up on this one.

Only played briefly so far but very crisp graphics for the style used! Looking forward to putting the kid to bed so I can really check this thing out. Did I read those first lines right (Fish Pie????)

Lots of tile placement mistakes around like sea rocks floating over crates and the like. Some character sprites are weirdly smaller than others. An MV RTP game doesn't exactly have to look top-notch but perhaps making sure glaring presentation problems like these are ironed out before release would be great. Will check again later because the writing does seem decent but for now I got a refund and am giving this a pass.
