About Two Interviewees

Two people are unemployed. They are going to be interviewed today and if they manage to make a good impression they will get the job.

The questions are the same, the answers are the same, but the interviewees are not the same: one is Martin, a man, the other one is Irene, a woman. Should it make any difference?

This is a narrative mini game created in Italian by indie developer Mauro Vanetti in one day during the Narrative Game Design course held by We Are Müesli in Bologna in January 2016. It's now being published in Italian, English, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese with a revamped graphics by Emanuele Klemp in order to spread awareness about gender discrimination in access to work.

This is definitely a very interesting game! It brings a lot of issues up that are well known problems for women who are looking for jobs, and issues that men face, particularly judgement around their sexual orientation. It's very thought provoking, and the devs even listed sources for all of the things brought up (which a lot of people seem to be missing or wilfully ignoring). I'll definitely recommend this to friends + family. I hope to see more games revolving around social justice issues from you guys!

Haha perpetuating the false belief that the wag gap exists. Even though there is an equal pay act in 1963, and that in most higher paying jobs women have a 3 to 1 advantage getting the job especially in science fields that "feminists" claim men want to keep them out of. I though this was an actual game but no just pandering sh*t

It truly is a thought provoking game that pretty much everyone should play. It definitely shows the sexism in today's society, a subject that many sadly believe does not exist.

what the heck with the wage gap. male=20k=desperate. female=30k=asks too much. what the heck with this game. what kind of those info, most of them are false. you're creating the problem yourself you idiots

I can't figure out how to get the lady hired. Is there even a way? It should at least be feasible of it's aim is to reflect reality to demonstrate how hard it is for women

More of a game that tries to impose a political agenda unto you. Purely based on beliefs and the regressive biases of most liberals.
