About Sudoku Vision
With Sudoku Vision application, you can :
1. Capture a Sudoku if there is a camera
- Place the Sudoku at any angle from 0° to 360°
- See each step to find grid and numbers in the photo
- Ask to evaluate the difficulty level of the Sudoku just captured
2. See augmented reality in action if there is a camera
- Just show a Sudoku to Sudoku Vision and you will see the solution, no photo to take and no button to press
- Just show a Sudoku to Sudoku Vision and you will capture the digits, no photo to take and no button to press
- Place the Sudoku at any angle from 0° to 360°
- Ask to evaluate the difficult level of the Sudoku just captured
3. Generate a Sudoku
- Ask for a difficulty level from "1. Very very easy" to "9. Final"
- Many strategies supported(*)
- Instantaneous generation
- Unlimited new Sudokus
- No Internet connection is required
4. Get help for the solution
- Show pencil marks with manual or automatic mode
- Ask for hints that teach if you are stuck
- Ask for a solution, even for the most difficult Sudoku
- Ask if they are more than one solution
- Ask to verify the uniqueness of Sudoku whenever a cell is changed
- Undo/Redo function
- View step by step the explicative road toward the solution(*)

The best sodoku generator/solver/creator in the play store. Love the step by step instructions. BUT: The color options make the small note numbers illegible, especially in the tutorial where you can't choose the colors. Please get rid of the fluo colors and go for easy reading combinations. The candidates should be updated immediately and not only after next action is performed. The manual update of notes is not user friendly and works inconsistently. It also needs clear instructions for use.

Would like to be able to key in my own pencil marking after the sudoku puzzle has been captured...NO Provision in your app, the only have auto and manual pencil, which make the board very cluttered...I need to be able to do by myself...also not able to capture sudoku puzzle from photo pic in gallery Photos...also NO Provision on this...even though spec says it was able...pls correct me if I am wrong.

This Sudoku is great! It has an option to fill in pencil marks automatically, which is a tedious and error prone procedure. As a result, it allows you to attempt much more challenging Sudokus. It can tell you which strategies are needed to solve the puzzle, and you can ask it to solve the puzzle step by step. For each step, it names and explains the strategy. Using it, I learned how to use those strategies, allowing me to attack much harder Sudokus. Finally, this app is free and has no ads!

This is one of the most hedious looking apps on android. Super fast at recognising sudokus using the camera and the helper let's you solve sudokus without actual hints. Great app but God it's ugly!

Does what it says on the tin. Sometimes it reads the numbers wrong but you can correct that. Absolutely brilliant, I use this to play sudoku as well as get hints (or solutions) for the ones that are too frustrating.

Well I am very choosy and this app is the best sudoku app I have ever seen in my life.Thanks for giving cell uniqueness function.But avoidable rectangle tactic is not work for those no.' which are previously given in puzzle.Otherwise this is the only app in android platform where you can make your own sudokus.This app is perfect.Please add undo button.

This is the app to get for using the phone's camera to automatically input puzzles from paper. Capture accuracy is virtually 100%, almost never misses. Can even read numbers handwritten in pencil!

Great puzzle game, only drawback is that while entering user puzzles, I have to check for unique solution by pressing hint option always. This seems a heavy work. If I create a puzzle, the moment I enter a digit, if it shows number of solutions, it would be very easy to create and save lot of time. 5STARS waiting for you. This really deserves 5STARS.....
