Happy with the game except twice now when I've purchased gems payment has been successful, then it's failed but payment gone thru. Tried emailing my complaint numerous times with no response .

Was good fun, but recent update means it keeps resetting. Not playable any more.

The popups in the game causes mzlfunctions! Ads causes daily bonus to be lost thru faults.

After playing this game for over a year it has wiped all progress and just resets each day.

Taken all of my money but haven't given me my credit or gem's. What a total RIP off

Lost all the progress I had made since I started playing. .... log in resets you log in

You just barely win enough to play and then delete delete delete. So tired of these games. Bring back the old ones you'd keep playing and earn your points back. Don't know why I even bother anymore.

No way to reach customer service. Need to sync account with earned credits

Low payouts and few bonuses

Been playing this game over a year now! Think that says it all. Just wish the bonus games were more consistent, half the time they don't trigger.

First game but every time you change the app l lose everything and have to start again . On both occasions l was over level 100. If it crashes again l will cancel the app

By youre stupid ads....after every spin = ad. Its unplayable now. Deleted

Sense you put all the ads in the game play it is not worth playing it sucks sucks now

Great game but it starts to play up a lot. I have had to uninstall the game because of this problem. Sadly. Loved it a lot. I re.enstalled the game today, 18th of Nov. It jumps all over the place. Please fix the problem. Not happy at all.

I think its the height of rudeness to interrupt some ones game to show an add! If one is lucky enough to get that far, most times the adds will freeze the thing before I get a chance to play.
