Ball Balancing Act

Starts simple and moves to next level after scoring.
Balance on slimy plank (travel half way thru the plank and not fall off) to score (level times 2).
To get to level 7, score at least one each of the following:
1) SUPER SHOT: Balance the ball after at least 9 bounces (score 50).
2) THRU SHOT: Shoot thru without touching the slimy plank (score 40).
3) BOUNCES: Achieve 15 or more bounces (score 15 plus 2 for each bounce over 15).

Once level 7 is reached the pace picks up with some randomization.
Game is paused to provide following statistics:
1) Score at 10 Minutes 2) Score at 20 Minutes
3) Time to reach TOP Level 4) Time to score 500
