Replica Island

Seems like it would be a fun game if I could get it to run for longer than a minute without crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME. As a result, it's impossible to play on my Nexus 6, a high-powered phone more than capable of smoothly playing even the most demanding graphics of any mobile game. Please fix!

There is no music in this game, and controls are a bit too slippery, even if you adjust it in the settings. But enough with the cons. The pros heavily outnumber them anyway. The game has a great story, and there is a good use of tilt in gameplay. Overall, get this game. It is free so there is nothing to lose here!

Great game you guys made. Why not add some music perhaps? 1. I wanted to try the Tilt option but it doesn't work. Android doesnt move at all. I know it's experimental but pls try to improve it. 2. Am stuck at memory 34. I know the spikes above the gate is unpassable. I think the blue robot is supposed to open the gate but it doesn't go any further. I keep waiting for it to walk through the button but it doesn't! Hope there's a bonus game where we can play the humans! Keep it up!

I saw another similar review and felt I should reiterate: WITH A TRACKBALL THE GAME IS PERFECT. However, with my new phone lacking a trackball, the controls are more frustrating. Upgrading the controls for touch screen only play would be great. I actually got this game years ago and searched through my downloaded apps in play store to find it again.

I've met a glitch that stops me getting any further. :( there are two levels where attempting to talk to Wanda causes it to freeze and forces you to close it. The first time I managed to get past without talking to her, but further on (the third to last memory you unlock) you cannot get to a ruby without meeting her, causing the game to crash. Please fix, as i'm loving this great lil game up to this point. Thank you!

It's a great game it's just a shame it's let down by some major bugs when playing it on my xperia sp. It keeps crashing on level 23 near the end, shame it was good up till then.

Beside being a very good game, this is open source and truly free games are a rarity in the play store. NO FREEMIUM B****T JUST DOWNLOAD AND HAVE FUN

Decent, cute game with weird but good non linear storyline. Unfortunately, it forces close every time you bump into Wanda on a couple of levels which means I can't finish it. Very frustrating!

It was a great game back when the Eris and Droid 3 were out, but they haven't kept it up to date with the new OS and phone versions (last update was 2012). It crashes every time I get to the end of the first real level. Uninstalled.

It's a really fun game, but it takes time to get used to the controls. The other really annoying thing is that halfway through your playing it force closes your entire game. It's a great game in general but could be improved. I recommend you get it. : )

I have to admit that I tried this game a couple years ago but didn't enjoy it. However, I just tried it again and it was a great platformer. Maybe it was a little short, and the controls weren't perfect, but overall it was really enjoyable.

If the controls didn't suck, and when you die you didn't have to start from the beginning. That's a pet peeve of mine, having to start all over again after dying, not fun, not fun at all

Second time I've installed, this is my second HTC device. Very much enjoyed. Controls are the best I've used. Fluid movement, good story, decent change of difficulty. Very much enjoyed! I hope you guys release more games! Would pay for RI so I would pay for your other platforms.

Fun game, looks great. I got it to learn about game development on Android. However, when playing on the Nexus 7, it always crashes in the same spot on level 23. The crash occurs right when I reach the upper right corner of the map and try to talk to the woman. Rebooting the tablet did not resolve the issue.

I have been able to make it through the first level after about 5 tries with it crashing before I make it. I like the controls and the story intro, but can really play with the crashes so often.

It's great! And it's free without ads. Although it has minor bugs, I give 5*. For example, in memory 23, when I talk to Wanda, the game crashes. This happened to me before when reading a diary entry in some other level and when talking to Wanda in another level, too.

WASTES BATTERY! When I checked last it was wasting 83 percent of my battery in only 10 minutes. HTC desire for me but may be completely different for other devices

Edit, this isn't a game, its a tech demo, thanks. It shouldn't be rated as a game. Abysmal gamepad defaults. Even custom settings overlap with defaults. Forced one side landscape???

Game is so quiet. There is a sound effect every now and then but could really use some music. Helps to drown out the outside world and keep u immersed. Just feels weird with all the silence. Add some music and it would be great.

One of my favourites. It seems to freeze on one of the levels when I run into Wanda..I can't get past it, it always freezes at the exact place..please fix this as I love this game!!

This is a fun game and its great that its open source so people can learn how to code games. Only issue so far is the robot control ball that is shot doesn't always go the direction the android guy is facing.

This is a fun game. It glitched up once ( my screen went totally black and couldn't do anything ) but its been fine since then. I love it.

Please move to sd card for 5 stars. Update 06/26/2012: Downgraded to 1 star and installed due to too many crashes on GS2 T-Mobil android 4

The game is good and smooth. However, I cant exit the game by using the hardware back control. I have to forcibly use the Home control, as there is no way to exit from the menu.

I'm having the same problem as another player, it keeps freezing at the end of MEMORY 23. I don't want to uninstall the game..but might have to because I can't go any further than memory 23...

This is my favorite Android game ever. Played it on my HTC Hero and now replaying on EVO 4G LTE. You need to get this app.

But when I got to memory #034 I couldn't beat it so I looked up how to, and the website I went on said it is impossible to beat, So I deleted it .( please fix )

It's early days for me but I'm enjoying this game. Controls are a little sensitive or unresponsive if lowered. Somewhere between would be perfect

Great game Replica Island is the best free game for Android. I've spent countless hours playing and I still have many more levels.

My favorite game on my galaxy tab. touch controls are good, there are plenty of levels, and ther are three endings! I demand a sequal!

Just beat it. Played the last level twice to get bad ending 1 and 2. You said there are 3 endings, how do I get the 3rd one?

I love this game but it doesn't work on the note 3. It will play for a few minutes but crashes constantly. I would really like to get it to work!

Here's some tips: at end of game, destroy source 4 happy end. Avoid kyle (the green harred boy) cuz he crazy. If u wana kill som1 DONT kill old man!8)

This game is great. Have been playing for awhile now. The only problem I have found is when I find old diaries the game will either let me read the whole thing and then restart the level, or let me read for about five seconds and then restart the level. If this could be fixed I'd easily give five stars. Bug is very annoying especially when you are doing great in the level before you restart.
