I can't even visit neighbors because the lag is atrocious. It takes my phone three minutes to load the page when visiting Drac. More than once because of the lag the game stole my diamonds after I was trying to collect my quest reward not give diamonds for unknown reason. The graphics are okay. I wish you would have set up game like the movie though. Where we build the hotel not a city. Plus we can't go inside the hotel. Most of the buildings were not in the movie. Good idea though but not my cup of tea.

If I could give it just half a star I would. The game itself is good but it super choppy and slow and it's not my phone. Uninstalling, will reinstall and play if they can fix this issue

The game is great for wasting time. It takes a while for stuff to build or to get any mission accomplished so i check it once a day or twice if I am bored and queue my characters. Please make it to where you can see how much it will be to unlock a character location prior to level needed so we can calculate how much to save.

Love it. I'm 57 yrs of age. Lol. I'm just loving it. !!! The animation is so well done. Thx to the creators of this game. You deserve an award, every single one of you.

I thought this game was going to be a build your own carnival type thing. Instead its just reconstructing the hotel and the crap that's in or around it. Things take too long to build and fix and I just don't have the patience for it. #Snoreboring!

I like this one, its transivania hotel and sims. I just wish its story base was about things they do daily instead of having an end eventually because the hotel movie didnt last long enough and this game is based on that movie

I love the movie and it is so good of a game! If the game is not as you expected try township! A little hard? Try gardenscapes! Boring? Try HayDay! Too much waiting? Try fishdom! I told you some games also like all my YouTube channels and videos cause I am... OK you will know.

I've been playing this game for a while n now I'm just bored out my mind. Like most games, this one doesn't have any updates to make it more challenging n interesting. Since it takes so long to get gems, I downloaded a game to earn 16 gems, went through the tutorial n wasn't rewarded the gems. I'm not going to bother trying to contact customer support because I've learned in the past ull just get ignored. So... So long to this game.

Awesome game, pretty much tapped out but hotel 2... only issue is i cant log I nto other devices and my g a me be where i was, im back to level one and i was like 80 or 60 i dont know, i spent real dollars to get that far and i would appreciate my game back to original level, i no longerhave the device that I previously used. .. thanks

I was in love with the game, however, i`ve started playing from the beginning 3 times already. I went all the way to level 18-19 and the game busted and i had to start from the beginning. VERY ANNOYING! Pity, wanted to play till the end...

Been playing since Christmas and now must u install it due to it not loading and now telling me I have no Internet connection this really bums me out cuz I love the game.

I found this game while looking for a new game after getting the old ones I don't play any more to uninstall and get new ones and when I found this game I was amazed that they have a got a game of this. I watched Hotel Transylvania and Hotel Transylvania 2 and now there a game of it I thought I had to 6 this and it was worth it it was awesome.

Been working fine, but today when I open it, after the Sony, reliance games, and Galaxy pest control screen, it closes. Won't load any further :( please help, so I can continue playing!

It froze once I built he playhouse. The graphics could use some work, along with a more detailed quest for everyone. Uninstalling. Might try again once you get things fixed on it.

Been trying to contact customer support for months! Getting no response after numerous emails and even phone calls! I have lost time and a lot of money! Is this how reliance treats the people who make sure they continue to get paychecks?? Won't someone PLZ help me?????

I like this game and when I installed a game to get 6 gems I did tell receive it so I can get what I need on the game an enjoy more of the game and it's fun things for you to do but would be great to get my gems right now so I can fulfill my next objective otherwise this game is good an time spender

More ways to earn diamonds. Hate that I can't unlock blobby or Murray cause I don't have enough diamonds to buy the last item they need. Also hate that I can't zoom out and see my whole town at once. Maybe a way to sell extra items we don't need?

Been at the last level with all the character's, buildings and land also over 180, 000 game currency and over 300 gems banked for 6 months now no tasks to0 complete and nothing new to do, completed in just over 3 months so not worth playing after that, as just repeating same stuff over and over. Nothing more to gain. No new stuff or tasks, the makers need desperately to put some effort in to upgrade this game. Keep offering deals, what's the point paid money to buy gems to play as they said new stuff on the way, but nothing? don't bother the this game company is lazy and don't care just take your money. Play Simpsons Tapped Out, they know how to keep a game interesting. If there is nothing coming how about a refund. Ripped off. They have obviously given up with the game now they have your money. Now deleted.

Game is great fun but could use a few improvements. If you can only afford to spend a few dollars on the "in app purchases" like the jewels then you can't utilize all the characters. There were many ways to win coins but not so for jewels. After a certain time in the game you can't watch game trailers to win free coins and the supposedly free jewels usually end up costing some money if you want more than 5 jewels. Maybe put something on the wheel to win some jewels like spaces for 1 and 3 jewels.

Well this game will NEVER load! I always click it to open it and it takes SO long just to get to the part were they ride on the scooter! And then it does the scooter part a million times! I keep re opening it but it doesn't do anything! And it keeps freezing! I don't have problems with my other games just this one! I'm TOTALLY deleting this!

The green stones never get handed out and ive gotten far but limited space. not much available to decorate really. I'm Gutted as I play Simpsons tapped out so often that i guessed this would be as good and its not. Disappointed #dontbother

The game it's self is pretty good however I've noticed that every time I level up the game saves ads to my photo gallery. Not just one or two but 5 albums with videos and pictures. Im not sure how to prevent this from happening other than deleting the game. Beware.

It's an alright game great graphics. There are a few things I would say needs improvement. (1) I am already at MAX LEVEL & it's only been 2 months. (2) At level 12 or 15 the opportunity of getting free gems goes away :( !! (3) At max level I am still getting experience this is dumb I should be getting bonus HT coins even if it's a small amount. (4) I have been having problems with two of the characters Blobby & Blue tooth. Blobby is hard to select a when walking around even harder when on his scooter.

NOW I am livid at the fact that all I did was OPEN THE APPLICATION and somehow my level 16 game was all the way back to level 1. Are you kidding me?!?! I already sent an email to "customer service" I'm waiting to see how they plan on fixing this $50 USD error....which is how much I spent on this game to get to that level as quickly as I did....I better be reimbursed or given EXACTLY what I had previously purchased is all I have to say!!

I like this game so much but,there is a problem.if I wanted to go to Mavis or drac's city it suddenly stopped and pop-up the home. Please fix this error.

Love it but I never have liked games that use data, would love a non online game. This also eats up my battery please make it use less battery

I havent played since last christmas cause I was having issues with my last device. I'm on a diff one so I reinstall this game thinking i can retrieve my game data from Facebook. But now its Connected to gameplay and when I got my first achievement it was dated Dec 2015, meaning my game data is somehow still in there and im still using my name for gameplay. Ive spent cash so does this mean I'm just out of luck n have to start over

Takes too long to earn money and the prizes from the box and spin game aren't even worth playing. No big numbers and never get items. Drop rates are way off. Been trying for weeks to get two items for murray and they wont drop. 50% should mean half the time it drops. Needs more humans or zombie fillers too, you play for two minutes and log out. :/

The easy achievement Social Networked (Sign in to facebook) doesn't unlock after signing in. Will not allow me to add or invite friends who play! Maybe the app is biased toward LG phones...but my Samsung had the same issue with this app. No replies from the support team via email either.

I have been really enjoying this game for a couple of weeks now. It's great for popping in every few hours, checking on things, and then carrying on with my day. However, I have been trying to get the ankh to unlock Murry for way too long now and am convinced that there's a bug. At 25%, it should have dropped by now. I have had other items with a 25% drop rate drop multiple times while waiting for the ankh. This is really discouraging and has made my experience with the game more frustrating than fun.

I love hotel transylvania!!! Imma test the game now and if its bad I'll re-comment and give some improvement suggestions! And if its good I'll tell what I like about this app

It's an OK game if you want to carry out a task and leave it running for a few hours. Some of the tasks take hours to complete so it can be quite boring.

I'm contacting Google play for complaint....I've tried to contact Reliance Big Entertainment twice...It would be a great game except for the fact there is no support absolutely none. I'm level 25 still can't unlock Blobby as the disk that you need no quest NO quest gives it. So it will never be opened. Its not playable across platforms like phone, tablet etc. I suggest you don't even try it wipes your game and you have to start allover. I will finish it to level 30 but then it will be time to move on as again no support no way to open blobby etc.....

Great story line and true to the movies. But whoa guys, there are a few spots in quests where there is a bad word. If this is a kids game please keep it "G" rated. "Punch the h*** out of bad guys." is a little strong for young ones.

How can I get the Bigfoot audio books....Bigfoot doesn't offer it. Costs to many jems. I can't complete the Blobby quest to get the pool. Hello can I get an answer please.
