Just like Osmos, but as a bonus, you can listen to your own music while you play! I suggest Pink Floyd :) People are calling this game a rip off of Osmos...So what?! All games of a particular genre look the same and have all the same key elements of other games of its type. How ignorant to have a problem with that. That's like saying racing games ripped off other racing games. Asphalt 8 ripped off Grand Turismo LOL Skateboarding games, runners, card games. They ALL look the same, duh? Use some sense people!

I don't understand what all the fuss is about. I have both on my tablet and I play both. Depending on my mood I play this one... Or the other.

This is the best game on Android because it does not break my phone bulshit permissions thank God for this game.

If you like osmos... Than go play osmos. The graphics are bad, and its a blatant rip off.

Z70%
by Z####:

I think it's pretty good.

Z70%

I don't believe the People who say they've played both but this is better. THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME. Those who say they have played both and this is different are liars and have probably been paid to say that. This game would be great if it was original but it's not in anyway bar changing the colours so they can try and get around copyright.

I've never played Osmos. Why do people complain? Well, they do because they can I suppose. It's fun, increases difficulty to keep it from getting stale, and free. I find most levels take just the right amount of time for my daily visits to the throne. Vastly superior to twiddling thumbs in every way, NO aggravating involvement required as with most grindfest phone games, which are ALL clones of whatever the f*** farmville is supposed to be...

X70%
by X####:

It's a decent game, very simple, nothing special.

X70%
by X####:

This game is so much better than Osmos as it has a whole load more of levels and different types of levels as well, the dev has thought about this game well you know. There are loads of games that a clones, some of them are worse, but like this one, some of them are better If you care about the content rather than graphics. Get this one for better gameplay.

Ugly version of Osmos. Do not play.

R70%

Not that bad of an effort, but still needs a lot of work (add music and sounds, better graphics for the motes, slower fade in on 'level complete',...). Pointless however since Osmos already exists. Different levels maybe, or something else that's original?

R70%
by R####:

Seriously, spend the money on Osmos. This one has no sound, bad graphics and not very good game play. It's a ripoff, and a bad one at that.

R70%
by R####:

I hate giving poor reviews on what I am sure is someone's hard work...but after playing Osmos, I can't play this for more than a few seconds. There is no sound at all and the graphics are aliased and poor. If Osmos had never been invented, this game MIGHT catch on after a while, but since it has, this has a LONG way to go before even getting CLOSE to competeing with Osmos.

In my opinion this is a cheap and ugly "osmos" rip off...

T70%
by T####:

I think Osmos has better graphics, and that I understand the view that this game is a rip off. I'm not sure which one came first, but even if it is, the levels entertain me more. I like the added effect of the circular areas. I think my only complaint is that instead of letting me get every tiny scrap like in osmos it automatically show's the button for the next level when I become unbeatable . But that still doesn't make Osmos more fun, even if the graphics are better.

M70%
by M####:

It's Osmos but it's free. Music would be nice but I'm not complaining. I spent $10 on Osmos for my computer back in the day and I'm glad I don't have to pay for it again to play on my smartphone. Thanks devs!

If you're on older hardware and can't run Osmos then this is an OK alternative

Some criticise Absorption for being a cheap "knock off" of Osmos. And it may very well be that the author(s) has taken inspiration from Osmos. It may be the people behind Osmos who came up with the concept but while Osmos is beautiful and with nice sound it only has about 20-30 minutes of fun gameplay. Absorption has taken the concept and really put considerable attention into creating levels that stay with the same concept throughout but increases in difficulty and excitement.

Uglier than Osmos (gray orbs? Really?) But a lot of game play for free.

Guess that's why we live in a free society, so we can choose. This app is much smaller if you are short on room. Personally, I don't think the controls are as good but it's a decent game. And yes, Osmos IS gorgeous but I appreciate having choices. To each his own & I have both apps.

Contact Us in game would not send so I replaced my review here with my suggestion... I hear no sounds or music, may I suggest you use something in the background to enhance brain function. Look up Binaural Beats with Isochronic Tones on YouTube, then you could give people a choice of tones for enhanced focus or deep meditation or relaxation for examples...just a thought Orchid5683@gmail.com
