Chuck E. Cheese's Party Galaxy

They keep making this game worse and worse. Before it had the limitation of a 1000 tickets, now is only 500! I was saving the tickets to celebrate my son's Honor Roll, but now he has only 500 to upgrade his present. If you really don't want to be giving out tickets for free, remove the app... don't just make it worse with each update.

The games are fun and great but every time I exit and go back it says that I've only won 500 tickets when I had 800. Please fix this. Before I downloaded I read the comments and they said the same thing.

Honestly this is a great game , not to hard and exciting when you see the tickets piling up. However the game would not give me more then 500 tickets which is great but I was disappointed it wouldn't give me the promised 1000 tickets , thanks anyway!

Can't rate a game that I am unable to download. I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 - how is this device not compatible?

Only shows 500 even tho i reached over 1000. Fix this.

When I had my galaxy s4 with won 1000 tickets. I upgraded to a galaxy s6 and now the game will only let us win up to 500 instead of 1000. Please fix this.

Ticket problem hasn't been fixed because it's not letting me redeem my tickets

It always takes me back to 500 tickets even when ive gotten way more!!! So i thought id redeem the tickets and let it start over but it NEVER lets me email them to myself!!

It was good but you can get only 500 tickets if you could get more I will rate 4 stars

You "fixed" the problem but all the tickets gained previously were not sent...

Games are pretty fun but I had more than 500 tickets. Ticket redemption seems to only allow 500. Please fix this as Im loosing tickets!!

The only reason I divided to rate everything one star is because it's blocked and it won't let me enter and please fox it.

It's not that bad . If you really want 1000, then play both games

I'm 13 and I love chuck e cheese's. This app is legit. I got 1000 tickets! Enter your CORRECT email/gmail account (no space) and you should get your tickets within 5-10 minutes. Great and honest games like this, deserve five stars! : )

What a joke. The ticket email came, but with strings attached. Here are the actual terms they conveniently "forgot" to include: One free ticket reward certificate can be redeemed per child, per day at participating locations. Food purchase is required for each certificate, $5 minimum food purchase on ticket redemptions of 500 or more. Beverage purchases do not qualify as a food purchase.

My three year old got so excited when we won 160 tickets after playing for 20 min. This was over an hour ago and no tickets were sent to my email. We visit Chuck e cheese everyday since my daughter is obsessed. This is very disappointing!

I have the same issue everyone else is having, never received my email. My son played until he got 1100 tickets, he closed the app Snr when we reopened it we were only at 1000 tickets. I tried to screen shot the order page and for some reason it would not allow it...my son is heart broken. If you are going to put a app out there at least stand behind it and stop disappointing children.

I spent 3 days and racked up over 1200 tickets the app took away over 200 I went to have them emailed to me and guess what they never came! Tried getting tickets for my kid to use at his birthday party for a better prize and ended up wasting my time Deleting app!
