Glyph for Android
As levels advance, more shapes and colors are added to challenge you.
See how many color and shape combinations you can reach. There are a total of 144 different glyph combos.
Vibrant, colorful graphics will keep you entertained for hours.
Challenging levels will keep even the brightest players engaged.
I used to play popcap's alchemy all the tone, and this is the perfect mobile fix....except...the ads and the size. Between the ad at the bottom and the giant side panel, I can barely see the screen :-(
you sir, have my sincere thanks. Now i can relive my younger years of Alchemy on pc. 6 stars ****** ;D
Sorry, not for me. A bit childish, and I was bored after five minutes.
Very happy to find a game similar to the old Alchemy game I used to play a looooong time ago. Thanks!!!
Alchemy on laptop/Glyph on tablet. Life is good.... Just made it to level 40. Now life is better.
Very addicting. Not too hard but not too easy either. Definitely recommend.
Two suggestions: The secret achievements are a bad idea as there is no way to know how to trigger them, as i am a couple hundred levels in, and there are 7 still locked. Adding validation of high scores to deter cheaters would be nice. I find it logistically difficult to believe a score can go up by 20 million in a day.
Played alchemy by popup for years. Hoping to find it on my phone with no luck. Found your game. I can say you made an old lady very happy until I saw adds at the bottom which makes it useless to me. Please tell me how I can remove or at least lower the ad so I can play. I don't want to have to uninstall PlEASE. Will gladly give 5 stars if fixed.
Love the simplicity. But...a glyph 2 would be nice. Maybe being able to store wilds, a way to earn an extra turn. Definitely some new shapes and backgrounds would be inspiring. Different size/shapes grids. My advice, Keep the classic but also give us something new to play with. There are so many variations possible for a new version. Would pay if price was reasonable. Thanks for Glyph 1! Will continue to play...been stuck on level 22 a longggg time.
Would have gave it 5 stars but the symbols are all the same after level 45 or so
I was looking for this. Very much like PopCap Alchemy PDA version, but the colors are often too similar and some symbols are difficult to see due to the lack of contrast. Hope to see improvements in future updates.
You can have my money, just make them go away please.
I just had my phone stollen, however that phone had very little space so I was constantly deleting pictures but this app was never deleted. First thing it was placed on my new phone. I love that it saves where you leave off!
It would be fine to make some tutorial level.
The add at the bottom of the page blocks they bottom row of squares.
But graphics is low
the ads make it difficult to finish the bottom row
It would be alot better if all the levels after 25 or so weren't all exactly the same. Everything from like 25 to 50 had no change in strategy, no new colors or glyph shapes to make things any harder. There's just a bunch of hidden google play achievements that I have a feeling are not even obtainable.
Love this game, but at lvl 75 it has gotten a little stale. No new colors or shapes, would love an update or something. Still a great game!
I used to play Popcap's Alchemy and was trying to find a similar puzzle game to relax -- and there was Glyph! A little more complex than Alchemy, I like Glyph better! My only complaint is that some of the colors are too similar on my Samsung devices and makes it hard to get correct placement (aqua vs mint green; hot pink vs fuschia). I'm stuck on level 20 now -- so if you have any hints, please share :)

It's always a bad idea to use a script font for more than just a title, making it tiny on top of that makes it too difficult to read. Android allows uses to hold their phone landscape either way, forcing users to have the "chin" on the right only isn't good user experience. No thanks.
Not easy but a good game, better than Alchemy imo.
It covers the score and takes to much room at the bottom .. cannot see the score or what level I am on .. Thx for listening
Love it

Gets a bit hard and frustrating but it's fun and entertaining, which makes up for the frustrating. Recommend for those up to a challenge.
Increasingly difficult but I love the challenge! Great game!
Nice implementation, however I would gladly pay money not to have to watch ads for 15 seconds each time you have to restart a level
This is just like the old-school alchemy game on popcap but with more levels.
I'm at level 50 and was hoping for more of a challenge, does it stay the same now for the rest of the levels or does it get harder? cuz if it doesn't get harder ill remove it now I loved alchemy, it was harder for me but prob cuz I was younger...other then that I like it
I like game but why no vertical fill delete?
I was glad to find this game after months of searching, since I do love Alchemy by Popcap. Glyph is harder, owing to the wider variety of colors and symbols, and the larger board (9x9) doesn't compensate for that. My only frustration is with the fine distinction between certain colors at the higher levels, particularly the reds and oranges, which on my Vizio tablet can look the same. Eventually, though, you will run out of colors, and the levels get harder by adding by shapes. I'm on level 37 as of 2/14/14.
I can't understand how such a visually simple game can be so CPU intensive. Actually makes my phone get hot.
kept dyin on me inthe middle of every game. kinda disappointng but an otherwise great game.
I am level 299 and now I have to stop pkaying as after the update (accident) the highly annoying positioning of ad at bottom of screen makes me want to cry and shout. Shame really. Can I revert back to older version please?
Was a big fan of alchemy and have been playing this one for a bit now. No show stopper complaints. As others have mentioned some colors are a bit difficult to differentiate, and some colors on the tile background make them difficult to make out. Does kill battery quite a bit though. Overall a great game that I have put probably 20+ hours in already.
I loved Popcap's Alchemy, and this is just like it, but even better because you start each game at the last level you were at instead of continuously restarting at the beginning. Love it!!!
This is my first time playing this game.

Functionally, it works and is good. But the ad banner at the bottom compresses the rest of the screen which makes the game really hard to look at, and basically unplayable. Also the graphics could use some work, it's a little dark in general and I wish the glyphs would be less complex and more distinguishable. I'm glad that there is at least some more modern version of that old PopCap game out there, even if it doesn't have very appealing graphics.
