This application follows the standard rules of checkers or draughts as described at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_draughts
This is a very easy to use but challenging game of traditional checkers with lots of flexible options.
Moving is easily accomplished by dragging your game piece through all the squares in the move just as if you were playing on a real board. If you stop playing and come back even days later, your game will be right where you left it.
This game has many user selectable preferences:
- From the settings screen, you can adjust how well your computer opponent plays.
- You can select who moves first and on which side of the board your pieces are positioned.
-Two people can also play against each other by changing the OPPONENT setting.
- You can use the BOARD THEME setting to pick some different color schemes.
- Jumps can optionally be enforced so all players must jump if a jump is available.

This is a great Android take on a classic game. What sets this version apart from the rest of the pack is the freedom this game affords the player. You can undo as many moves as you wish and try again. This really helped me to learn from my mistakes!
