Ravensburger Puzzle

I have a Pixel C and have enjoyed many hours of doing puzzles with this app. However, recently, I cannot get it to work properly. I select a puzzle and go to the puzzle, but the screen is dark, like its in the background. The picture of the puzzle is still appropriately shaded, but the puzzle pieces are too dark to be able to still put the puzzle together. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and still have this issue. Please fix so I can change this to a 5 star review.

Maybe the people moaning how this game (and any other) should be free could do their job and not get any wages for a while. If it was free there would be ads, in which case they moan about that. Good work devs, sorry you guys are so under appreciated

The game is OK until you reach the 300 pieces level. The rendition of the piece's shape is not accurate. In addition it also changes as you rotate the piece. These problems make the game hard to play.

I love the app, using Verizon LG tablet. Only problem I have is it won't let me download any new puzzles. Stops halfway through before it says "cannot download, try again later" any ideas?

The border/main puzzle needs an option to be locked in place. I find myself moving it when trying to put together the middle. Super annoying and frustrating when I constantly have to reposition the main puzzle because it moves.

I purchased this and like the layout, but you have very few(mostly bland) puzzles you can play for free, and after that you have to pay 99 coins for each puzzle. You only start with about 300 coins, so you don't get far before having to buy more coins(which barely stretch a few puzzles). I think it should take fewer coins to play each puzzle(about 49 would be reasonable). I also think there should be an option to use your own pictures to make and play puzzles with.

Requires your Google+ name and information and requires the permission to do anything it pleases with that information. Why should be playing a Jigsaw puzzle require identifying myself, all my info and all my associates?

I pay for a game and I need to pay even more to have a decent number of puzzles to do, poor marketing strategy. I can't even create my own. It is just a processed image from some math calculation, you should offer way more free puzzle. Regret the buy, can't trust Ravensburger anymore :( Also the permissions with googleplay are intruisive and won't let me play without it

Quality app - never had a problem with it! Best puzzle app out there. The picture library could be larger, but i enjoy the landscape puzzles. I agree that an option to lock the position of a work in progress would be nice. I regularly play 500 piece puzzles on my galaxy s6 while listening to audio books.

Coming from someone who used to do a lot of puzzles, and can't anymore because of little kids that think they are helping, I absolutely love this app. Far and away better than other puzzle apps

I paid for the app and it has only 6 puzzles. If you want more you've to pay more. Besides moving pieces is not so smooth.

This has the sounds and feel of working a real jigsaw puzzle. I love it!

The design of this for mobile use is excellent, however the limited number of puzzles included and the cost of extras needs to be reviewed. I appreciate that they want to make money through in app purchases but I would love to see a premium one-off purchase that allowed you to import your own pictures.

This is an excellent jigsaw puzzle app but the puzzles are too expensive. So I will probably remove it from my phone.

With no doubt the best jigsaw puzzle on Android. Just please add option to lock pieces on the table. I move my big snapped part accidentally very often.

This app does NOT allow using your own pictures as puzzles, so you either buy from them or be satisfied with the few (not very exciting ones) that were bundled. As such, this app should be free. Also could do with a quick "move covered pieces from under the board/photo" option.

Something mindless, casual, and enjoyable. Thought it would be frustrating. It's not. The game is so well made, it actually feels similar to putting together a cardboard puzzle. Please fix your coin purchase math. $2 @ 220 coins per dollar vs $22 @ 134 coins per dollar. The larger purchase is NOT the "best value". I'll take the small purchase every time and you will pay a larger transaction cost per dollar every time.

I like the app however as I have paid for it I was really disappointed that there were only 6 free puzzles, the rest you have to pay extra for. Yes you get given free coins to begin with but that's not the point, its only enough to get about another 3 to add to your collection. I don't see why I have to pay more money for an app I already purchased.

I love jigsaw puzzles and was sceptical of an app that would preserve the experience on a computer. The resolution and gameplay are exemplary. Even on my Nexus 9 which is memory challenged in the extreme with Marshmallow the app is smooth and responsive. The tutorials are very helpful and the range of puzzles great. In a world of hugely intrusive ads not seeing pop over ads every screen is wonderful. It is even easy to exit the game which is a major downfall of most games. Google should hire these guys to spiff up some of their apps.

The pieces don't move smoothly, they jerk as if being pulled in a different direction making it unpleasant to use. Would be a very nice mobile puzzle experience if it weren't for this. I've tried it both on my tablet and my HTC phone, same thing.

A lot of depth for a puzzle game, many options, choice of piece number, different levels of help, and detailed 3d when pieces are stacked. Great attention to detail. Couple of minor gripes, the galaxy note 4 (and other note phones) have integrated stylus, which helps as I have joint problems, but unlike most games, this game does not function with the stylus. Not good. Also you only start with half a dozen puzzles, the additional puzzles aren't cheap. But are worth it. Please fix stylus issue.

Downloaded puzzles are stored as Cache, not Data. You lose stored ones when you use built in Smart Manager Widgets or other tools used to clean and speed up your system. They are aware and suggest not clearing Cache on the app. I made them aware this would mean losing the function of an assortment of tools to keep the system running smooth, and make clearing cache of all other apps to be done individually, a daunting task. This is the only app of over 300 I have that is like this. Otherwise cool,uninstalled

I have loved doing jigsaws since I was young,the more colourful & detailed the better !! :-)

A lot of puzzle apps allow for the use of my pen and what makes it worse is that they are free apps, this is the only puzzle app I've bought and I can even play it

I am a big fan of Ravensburger puzzles in the old-fashioned hands-on style. When I found this app I was so excited! This app is very nicely done. I am quite pleased with my purchase including the new puzzles I recently purchased. It's good to see they occasionally offer free puzzles as well. Playing on a Samsung 10.1 Tab 3.

Hi I very like this game but, I would like a one section of the puzzles of the games like a halo , BioShock , forza , etc. Games with artistic content. Thanks

I love the puzzle experience and controls. Easy to use. I would love more it if you could import your own pictures.

The interface seems great, but the inability to import your own pictures is a HUGE failure. Every puzzle app should have that as a core feature...especially since this is NOT a free product.

This is a phenomenal app, love ravensburger puzzle and to be able to have them on the go wherever i am is genius. Well worth getting if u like puzzles

Not a bad little app for 10p, would rate 5 stars if it had s pen support!!!

Bought this for long flights. 1st flight it was OK. 2nd flight it decided it needed to update so just locked up. Therefore be aware that if you want this for passing periods of boredom, make sure you have network. For that reason, would say my other jigsaw app is much better. Also, the controls are diabolical. If you touch the main puzzle, it rotates and doesn't even go back to it's original space which causes other problems - why would you want it to do that?

Pretty good adaptation of puzzles to digital. I would like to see the following though: the ability to use a stylus with the app (I cannot use my S pen with the app). I would also like my puzzle progress to sync between devices so I can pick up from where I've left up where I've left off on my phone or tablet. I would also like a search function introduced to the puzzle store that lets me type in order to search for specific subjects: cats, dogs, rivers, roses, etc.

What a great app with a great variety of available puzzles. Can choose from # of pieces ranging from 20 - 500, awesome replayability for both competition and casual play. I love it! Thank you!

Despite being a paid app, only six puzzles are free. Each individual puzzle beyond that costs money. Certainly wouldn't have bought it if I was aware of that.

1. Custom images. 2. Nonstandard puzzle piece shapes. But it's a pretty nice interface for solving the puzzles.

I bought it because it was in sale and I had nothing better to do with my money. I like the concept but the game isn't very good.

Only 6 puzzles in the game however you can buy more with coins, coins that cost money and there's no other way to get them. Stay away.

It totally replaces real life puzzling for me. Awesome work from the developers. Feels like the real thing. A big selection is available. Really something!
