I think this app needs to be redesigned as a stand alone non-MMORPG that does not require any form of Sociopathetic Media. Cute design concept. Interesting plot. Clever programming. But I despise anything remotely like Social Media Community gatherings. If people want to meet get outside and go somewhere. The library, park, museum, etc.

Been a fan since Crystal Saga. Played Wartune when it first came out and participated in the open beta of Dragon pals. Played Crystal Saga 2, am lvl 82 on S1. Now I'm trying your mobile games. Keep up the good work, coming from one of your fans!

SOM use to be a fun game but you have made it almost impossible to lvl your heros with the molteniite and then you have to lvl them with large amount of gems the game is slowly dying and people are leaving the game. Customer service doesn't respond to tickets that are sent in I bought 2 guardianship beads and never received them and gave all info on the ticket and still no response will gladly give it 5 star if fixed other than that it's a good game good storyline and beautiful graphics.

I can not get passed server screen. It keeps saying timed out check connection but i have perfect connection! 5 stars just let me in! Its been saying it since christmas eve night but i thought it was for the shut down but its not , ive missed 2 log ins now including christmas and im sad about that. What do i do? Help :

Nerf the enemies in the world Adventure. When they are at their last bar (hp) they won't die. Unless they are hit above 10,000 dmg. Which makes the game play more difficult! Also, lower down the critical rates on the enemies. You could no believe how many times I have exit out of the game. Because so many enemies activate their critical rate. Finally, the luck system is a complete joke; i want back my 1,300 diamonds I have spent on the summon center of this game. During my summon I received it garbage and low tier characters

Kept getting "Logon Failure" notice and stuck on loading wheel screen before being able to press start button to enter the game and choosing server. Work just fine in another game, can synch with Google Play and i have decent internet connection Do you have any idea on how to repair this? Tried clearing my SOM cache data, uninstalling and reinstalling it again but still encountering the same problem. I use Xiaomi Redmi Note 4

Was a great game. But the pay to win has been pushed way way too far. The only way to play competitive anymore is to spend.. and spend big. I have always been happy to buy vip.. but the amounts of money you have to drop now to remain competitive is outrageous. Thanks for killing my favorite mobile app with greed r2.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME!! There is no need to spend money on gems, it doesn't give you a better advantage, it's the luck of the draw. I have bought gems 3 times $15 for absolutely NOTHING! Continues to give me the same garbage, low level characters! Very unfair to the ones that actually pay real money! VIP status is a joke! You can get what you need in the game without spending money, doesn't even advance you in any way!!

It used to be fantastic game with enough depth and variety of activities to do. It was always PtW, but you could still be competetive as a free player or with low VIP level. But some time ago, RSG decided to change the strategy and make the game almost PtP (pay to play). Every single event that is in this game is based on buying or spending gems, which you obviously need to buy for real money. And as apparently not enough people were buying them, they change some core game mechanics, that they now require you to pay real money to progress. Also the amount of xtra stuff that is available for gems is so huge, that you simply cannot keep up with spenders by farming. On top of that, there is practicaly no new quality content added. I.e once you pass lvl 50-60 you usually have so much charka and that other resource required to level up you reliqes, that you will never be able to spend all. What they did? They have added new dungeouns for high level players where you can get more of them!. All in all, once fantastic game was turned into pay to win festival that is hard to enjoy

Loved this game until i realized that i cant see anyone in the trade menu. It shows two names titled as "---.---" and it says match* and i cant select them and no other names are coming up from my guild and friendslist. Ive reinstalled and cleared cache multiple times and same thing. Not worth the trouble

Game is buggy, you email support... bugs never get fixed. They run gem promotions to give 30% bonus and it doesnt give any... fraudulent imo. Dont waste your time.

It's another one of those games that cranks numbers up so high to make us feel special. It's like seeing an item for 4.99. Wowee, it's less than 5! Play summoners war instead. Same concept, less pandering to fragile egos.

My favorite game one on Android at this time (2017-05-31). First of note is the games correct prompt of your main characters from being more than just "boy". One can rename and ascend to keep avatars interesting. Great graphics and cut scenes delight me throughout play and a story that keeps me smiling. It's very Fae - so take note :-D. Controls seem just touch screen - at least without Bluetooth gamepad support. Sound is excellent with great voice acting added to make "Shards of Magic" even more immersive than few other games. Among the best. Just not for the violent or stubborn - try a punching bag if this isn't up one's alley. All others will do well to jump in.

Would be a great game. There are certainly many flaws here, especially that some players can access arena and some cant. Would love to help the developers but im not wasting any money untill some of the flaws are ironed out and i can back up my data somehow so i dont lose a paid account. Update: as mentioned prevoiusly i lost my account after resetting my device.

Love the game! My username is King Redd on est-6, and i was Finally starting to work but I haven't gotten my compensation rewards.ill change to five stars if this is fixed. The rewards i missed are 2520 gems, 5 stamina potions 1000000 gold

Great game but i have been trying to log into est s7 my main serve, and it wont let me, now it will but my character is gone. I emailed you guys hrs ago and no info on whats going on. I have spent money and time on this game a response would be nice or just fix the problem pls.

I used to really love this game until I had to start completely over. I'm in the beginning stages and wow it is so difficult to get passed. Not to mention I keep getting all of these weak monsters who die so fast. About to uninstall.Before I get frustrated.

Thats wrong. Forced me into a losing battle because a a dumb new feature. You shouldnt force players to do anything. I would rate lower than one star if at all podsible.

/EDITED: The log ib issue has been settled. I think you should notify how long a maintenance will be becoz many players are complaining about it. -PERSONAL- Does this game hate me or what? I blitz catacomb 5 times got no 5☆....even the shards of 5☆ are very rare for me....you should consider to increase the drop rate to improve players gaming experience instead just adding event for those VIPS. Give f2p

It was a really addictive games before, but now it is kinda sad because the games need spend a lots of money to compete with others. F2p player wont be able to catch up with p2p anymore.

My friend has been trying to access her character after your recent update and is unable to do so!! She spent a LOT of money on this game and cannot even access her account! Completely unnacceptable!! And the support forums just shrug their shoulders and most of the e-mail addresses on here does not even work!!!!!!!!! NO one is giving us any answers!

Has a money trap that costs you $5-50 worth of in game currency if you tap wrong. they will not refund, or fix the trap! Additionally requires THOUSANDS of dollars in game purchases to be competitive. Skip this pay to win trap.

This game was originally from China name 魔力时代 and recently this SOM was updated exactly like Chinese version..Guess what ,you need to buy gems to survive for longer play or strong..and of course , for non ViP players are getting harder as current event stated Hot event was actually event for courage players to buy gems and ViP for heroes fragment...and the shop like Chinese server was actually cheaper that SOM.

After new update, new KO system is terrible, u wont be able to gain gold to play no more from betting. this game without gold you cant upgrade or unleash your heroes or nothing. i give this 1 star just for this big GOLD problem

I played this because of an ad in another game saying that newcomers get a pack that's worth $19.99 for free. I played it and still don't have the pact that they be talking about. I'm questioning if what they say is even true >:-(

Honestly i would rate better if the game was more immersive allowing you to pick what enemies your characters attack. I have lost way to many battles that i should have won due to the fact my characters WOULDN'T attack the healer which i personally would target

WHAT HAPPEN TO THIS GAME. AFTER THE UPDATE I CANT LOG IN ANYMORE. IT IS JUST SHOWING ME BLACK SCREEN AFTER I LOAD THE FIRST ONE. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM.

When emailing the developer I had a reply within 10 minutes. Granted not very helpful at all. I was told to juat keep checking the Facebook fan page for anything new regarding fixes or updates. P.s i want a dungeon incoperated into the game to farm elixir.

Game was pretty good at first with lots of extras but the dam summon hero is so annoying the skip button and summon button are in the same place so tap 1 sec late and bam u just spent gems!!! Very frustrating cant tell u how many times ive wasted gems that way atleast make a are u shure u want to summon a hero button!

The reason I stopped playing this game is because when they added a new server it deleted my entire profile and I had spent to much money to not be able to recover my account...It was a fun experience until that point

Beads just ruined this game. This is a PTW game all the way now..all R2 does is widen the gap between the people who will empty the brinx truck and the poor people. MANY people are quitting. Avoid this money scam.

Downloaded for the FREE Rocket looking hero $19.99(free) bundle advertised in my Tower Conquest game as an ad but did not receive anything in game, ...... the speech of characters is very low, while music and sound effects are blaring high, hard to hear anyone talking in the story of game. Tutorial is kind of fast and boring, other than the free offer there was nothing to draw me in really, graphics are ok, game play is a bit dull, and story seems short, not alot going into it, as it seems. Hope you all enjoy tho.

I never played this game before but when I press into the game it's stuck on a black screen for the whole entire time, I tried uninstalling it and reinstall but it still doesn't works. Please find a way to fix it if not I can't try this game out.

This game only drops one item.. Ingot bronze.. increase drop rates of good items.. it gets getting boring if you will only give us one item..

After less than a week, I am level 45. Not that bad, but I can clearly see the progression walls at 35 and 45. I've spent every free diamond just to keep trudging along. Might get one level a day until 55 now. Then it will be a week. Then a month at 65 as a ftp player. Not unusual, really. Things that big me: future level unlocks seem laid out at random levels. The combat; depending on time of day - fight a fight and lose 5x, come back in 2 hours, same fight, same stats, breeze right through. It is a fun game, but by no means the best. Thanks UGOD for making the group battles winable. Which brings me to another issue: level unlocks for events that just CRUSH YOU if you try them when first unlocked. Learned the trick with the abyss was to go in as early as I can, then level up 3 levels, then go back the same day for easy wins... But due to progression walls, that's probably over. Have fun. I like the art, and like the blitz options so you don't have to see the same fights LITERALLY 50 times a day (150+2x50 from feasts)/5 = 50!

I would like to have given it 4.5 because I'm not able to type anything mabey it's a glitch i don't know but can you please fix this it's very annoying But over all I love the game

still a terrifficccc game. if u have tried it u should & go to server: pst-s8 then join power house guild. u wont regret it!

Update! Redoing Reviews! Again! This is the second time they made my guild disappeared. I maybe the only one in my guild, I created my guild to increase my stats. I don't like starting all over again spending more gems to start a new guild and spending gems everyday at the alter. With new updates that caused my guild to disappear, This time I took screen shots of my new guild, If the developers make my guild disappear again. Hopefully they will bring it back. If they can't then I'm uninstalling this game. This sucks I have to start all over again. You developers need to add more guild funds and silver offering money thing to buy at shop and other thing that you need to level up sections at guild as a compensation.

Got addicted and got too like level 30 and then switched phones and forgot what sever I was on and the CS located my account and device I used and told me to log into my account they are amazing
