For starters it is a neck that is being operated on but it says its knee surgery. Not to mention the fact that it is only about 30 seconds long. And finally, the tools look fake and they don't show all of the steps a real surgery would need

It isnt a knee. My daughter played it and it was neck surgery. She plans on being a surgeon and needs to know how to do things like knee surgery not neck. So dont lie on the title please.
