I like doing the puzzles, just wish there was a way to earn coins for hints that isn't a download or a site asking for my email address (which I don't do). I just take my time solving the puzzle.

I dont like how a puzzle costs 3 coins but when your done more coins are taken! Thats ridiculous!!

I love doing crosswords but this game seems to steal your points or forgets to give them to you

The app hasn't opened for two days. It keeps saying retry. Help

It would've been better to have easier ways to earn more coins without going into useless surveys and apps that result in annoying rabbit holes.

Need more ways to earn coins. Not interested in downloading other apps.

Love doing the crossword puzzles -it's great entertainment - but I wish there were some way to get coins other than installing an app I have no interest in, taking part in some survey or getting a useless quote for insurance or whatever. And I can't spend my hard earned money for coins.

I love this game, however, I can't report a problem I keep having. I've been charged for puzzles that are already complete but when I try to report it, I get an, "oops, something went wrong" message. So you don't get the message and I don't get reimbursed for the coins (6 total, so far). Is there a way to reimburse me and arrange puzzles by year so I don't have to scroll thru 60 months to get to a particular year that has available puzzles? Also, check why your help option (sending a message) doesn't work. Thank you for your help.

An ok puzzle, but when you complete opportunities to earn free coins, they frequently never get added. Have not been able to collect the coins I've earned for a couple of months. Many clues repeat regularly. Otherwise, entertaining. Fix these bugs for higher rating. **I play daily and left this rating in March, still not earning coins. Fix this for a better rating.

I'm kind of disappointed in the creators of this. Now that they created Crosswords with Friends, which btw is not as good, they've given up on this app. There used to be free bonus puzzles to earn extra coins but there was nothing for Mother's Day or Memorial Day. I like this app but I want more opportunities to win bonus coins without paying. Don't forget about the original crosswords too.

I had to transfer all my games and etc to my new phone due to my old one died and when I transferred this puzzle app I lost everything and I also had 402 points and now I have 0 and only one puzzle. I would like all my points back. Thank you Hyman

I'm disappointed in that you don't always get your coins! I completed a trophy and was cheated out of 25 coins, and this happens a lot! I enjoy the game but I end up not playing because I'm out of coins so often from not receiving them!

Why do I need to spend actual money on in game money just to play old crosswords? You already hit me with an ad every time I finish a crossword. I only want the ability to play as many crosswords as i like, but there are not enough opportinities to earn coins in game. Your achievement list is honestly a joke; how can I solve 50 Sunday funday puzzles if I don't have coins to play Sunday funday puzzles? Include more ways to earn coins in the game or else you are going to lose a large part of your followers. Guaranteed.

Used to love the app and would use it daily. Now when I open the app, it is just a blank screen and I cannot do anything. Plus, there is no update so if they would make it work again I would give a higher rating :/

Now that it's become a zynga product I will no longer spend money on this game. If it becomes more difficult, it will get deleted without pause.

WAS brilliant...but just went on to play after update and all my coins have vanished! Then found this is the next game to be bought by Zynga and get the money-grabbing 'with friends' treatment. STOP RUINING GOOD GAMES, ZYNGA!! Time to uninstall

Game is great but don't trust Tapjoy! The deals for extra coins is run by Tapjoy and they will CHEAT YOU! They get their share of the action but don't pay you. Buy your tokens direct from the game people.

You can never earn coins without downloading a differnt game and getting to a certain level. Why can't we just win coins by getting good times on our puzzles. Otherwise it's awesome. But i hate playing games i constantly have to pay to play.

I had originally given this game 5 stars but it keeps STEALING 2 EXTRA coins from me every time I unlock or pay 3 coins for a silly 'archived' puzzle. Charging coins is ridiculous for that and used to be free when I played it awhile back...before Zynga now apparently owns it. I have played or currently play atleast 3 other Zynga games: words with friends, hanging with friends and word search with friends but they may have made this one worse...ads and sketchy practices for coin redemption. Each '3' coin puzzle to unlock actually cost 5 each because it ripped me off. Fix this!! I won't be buying extra coins so that ploy will not fly with me. I sure don't like this game that much and just returned to the game days ago after a long break.

Well, was nice. I had about 8 games saved with coins spent on said games, only to have them removed with the update. Thanks for wasting my money.

Would love to give it 5 stars again but one of the ads has locked up my tablet. I'm so sick and tired of all these ads that keeps popping up.

Plays videos but does not give tokens. Still not giving credits for having no choice but to watch stupid videos. Somehow changed my one star rating to a three star rating, been complaining about not getting tokens for watching dumb videos since December it is now April, when they switch in may I will Uninstall the game and they can go f×+k themselves.

Great game, but recently it's been temperamental with giving the daily reminder. I'm a busy person, so when I don't get the notification, I miss the puzzle and then need to spend coins to play it. Fix that and it'll be 5-stars

The puzzles are great, it's the customer service that stinks. I downloaded the Bartels app for 7 coins, applied for a SafeLink phone for 49 coins, downloaded the jackpot joy slots and played to level FIFTY! among other stupid stuff to get coins. Never got ONE stinking​ Coin. When I message them, oh you have to go to a third party, doesn't work at all. It looks like too many people aren't getting their rewards. Well off to newer, better and FREE apps. That have decent customer service. Stay away from this one, unless you want to pay to play!. Let me know if my coins ever show up, ha ha ha

I'll be sorry to see this go. I suspect that I won't be on Zynga's version for long, as indications are they are making coins even harder to get than Puzzle Social did, and without coins, there's not much here that I can't get from the Shorty's app. :)

Gave you a horrible rating because of what's coming up and I'll be deleting it from my phone I chose to play for the crosswords not to play words with friends

Love the game. Play it on IOS and android. Unfortunately the android is not as good as the ios version. It is lacking playing full screen on android tablets. Couls this be fixed?

I look forward to playing DCC every morning. It's not as difficult as the newspaper crosswords but still challenging. It's a fun part of my daily routine. Can't start my mornings without completing the DCC puzzle.

I enjoy this game. It's not too hard. It's great to play if you need to pass some time.

Definitely the best crossword puzzle. I wish there were other ways to earn coins. The puzzles are easy but hard. It is made for anyone, I love crossword puzzles but the ones in the paper are way to hard.

Where are my points?! Wow lost all of my saved crossword puzzles. I really don't think the developers care at all. Hopefully Zynga will improve it...Hopefully.

I think it would be a lot better if there was a way to win or earn coins to keep playing with out going through the + sign next to the coins. I have done a few of those and I don't get the coins. But I do love the game

Addicted to crosswords?? This app is the one to have!! Fun game, easy clues! Kids of all ages will love it!

I love testing my memory on many of the words about the different subjects. Sometimes I have to look up the answers that makes me learn more.

It is very entertaining, not too easy not to hard. The different topics keep it fresh. However, is very USA centered, specially the sports topic

Game is great, purchasing coins is a scam. The charge you, but don't give your coins.

Enjoy the puzzles, but on three different occasions I did one of their "free" puzzles (the latest 'Father's Day's'), only to be charged two coins for each. I contacted them about it but have not heard anything yet.
