Customer service is a joke. They take days just to respond and they say the same crap "R&D" will have a look. Then R&D takes weeks, always want a screenshot of the problem like your lying! Then half the time don't even fix the problem or compensate for what they owe you. There are better companies out there that actually care about their customers. Don't waste your money like some of us did. Just play it for free.

Haven't seen any new contents in awhile. Please bring back the mighty soulstones and i will rate it up to 5!!!

wheres my old account.. i just didnt play for so long and then i came back to play just now..but my account was gone and it starting again in lvl 1.. i've been so bz thats why i didnt play for so long.. i have so many heroes already in my account before... now its gone.. please help.. is it because you have a huge game update?

I want to login the game,and select server,but its always say lost connection and try to sign in..already to repeat that,but still cant..my connection its ok..

The game is a lot of fun... The Stamina recharge is horrid

Kids play it on one ipad and i play it on my phone and another ipad. Lots of competition about who gets who. Lol

spent a ton of time and money. Seems to have died right after christmas/ new years. it's june, and there's still snow and snowmen. Real shame because I loved the game.

The game keeps cutting off on me every time I try to play it. I'm on the third level & have been there ever since. Im not bout to keep wasting my cash on this

Just because you beat somebody or anybody that is a lot higher level it doesn't mean you are cheating. I've sent a ticket but no date on when you will fix it. Already VIP 12 and thinking I should ask Google for a refund because hackers dont get banned and VIP people can't move up in arena because they are "cheating"

Game is good and I like it, but the AI is dumb... you need to fix the AI so that they use their skill instantly when the bar is maxed.

Tried to buy some thing and they take my money and don't give it me.....sorted the problem thanks

its not nice to just abandone a game, some players wasted their hard earned money, update the game, if ur running out of idea just copy the similar game like heroes charge

Great game but the customer service isn't that great. They'll respond in a decent amount of time but they never fix the problem.

Stupid game, close down server without informing and proper transferring to other server. Now can't log in to previous ID!

Thing sucks pretty bad. You can only apply to three period. And if your not accepted then you can't apply to another.
