None of these blacklight simulators work, because no mobile phones that I know of have blacklight in their colour spectrum. All you get is a pretty blue/purple light, but they don't actually make anything glow, as you would expect from a real blacklight.

To everyone who is upset in own expectations to encounter UV light trough screen projecting completely different light which often is developed to not cause UV radiation, you are stupid to find actual UV light in screen. In apps owners defence it does clearly states it's just a simulator, which creates some visual effect close to UV light. Which in this case only some visual light effect. And app is still useless battery drainer and advertisment carrier xD
