I love this game. I don't like that I can't add friends in order to complete missions or if I change devices, I have to start over. If what people are saying is true that you can't progress past level 50 anyway, what's the point in playing? I will keep playing till I get there again in hopes that someone will take on the updates, but will someone please tell me how to find friends.

_WAS_ a good game but now won't even load. See 'recent comments' from others. I get the impression the devs are not interested any more. Pity!! Previous thoughts --- Very playable and good lasting value, but eventually runs out of ways of progressing for free. Obviously for a free game the devs will want to sell progress for $$$, but I think there should always be a way for the patient but poor player to keep going! Also had a problem when I had to factory-reset, and lost progress. Devs were helpful - thank you! - but still have had to return to level 1. So be careful!

Problem is the developer doesn't keep up with the app. The last update was like 2014, and there are two pirates for quests I need to finish but the pirates never show up. Black John and the immortal I don't believe they actually exist....

I love this game it just needs to give more money and shorter wait times to build. I end up out of money with nothing to do just waiting on my stuff to build. I would like to continue playing but I can't until the next day or in a few hours.

So far it's all good, used to play on iPhone 4 but file got too large to open, topped out at level 60 there. Just started playing on android. Fingers crossed against glitches.

Love this game but here in the last couple days I haven't been able to get it to open. It just tells me it has stopped. I'm losing coins and my daily gifts since I can't play. Please fix!

Game can be fun to play but some of the features are not working. While chopping trees no gems ever are discovered and I am on level 14. I reached out to support and got no assistance. Anyone else have this issue?

Its a great game when it works but I've had it for two days and for the past day it wont open , i click on it to play and it showes a blank screen then sends me back to my home screen? Why dont it work all of the sudden?

I have been playing this game for 3 years . I love it but I have been stuck in the same place for quite a long time because it takes a long time to get money to buy land and to collect gems . I think its only fair for players like me who has been playing this game for 3 years to get a gift from the creators of the game like gems and coins . Please help so I could expend the island.

Unable to expand territory. Every time I go to expand it ups the price for the expansion and then I don't have enough coins.

You know that some games that use currency to exchange real money to game money but have a close out window if you don't want to purchase anything from them?! Apparently the producers of this game didn't put one in. You have to purchase rubies to close that list if you opened it. That is Robbery!!

It's sad n frustrating that after level 50 the game stops, I suggest no one play this game, it's annoying that the game doesn't open after level 50

This game is working fine on ios9 with latest updates and if developer or company has no time to upgrade it for latest Android versions; then kindly remove it from Google PlayStore. Last time, it was updated in Jan 2015 and only for improving in-app billing. Really amazing that this big game development company can do like this.

Love, love, love it!!!!! Now I'm on level 50 and when I cut the trees my level bars not filling up so I can go to the next level so basically I'm stuck can't purchase any more houses, ships, or merchants,done bought everything I can now all I do is just get my coins,, if you stay on level 7 and go to mermaids searches roll on undersea city for the coins the price will be 2650 and build up what you can and up grade what you can and just keep rolling you will get lots of ruby's I've gotten 115 ruby's in 3 day

I really liked this game to begin with was at level 32 when had to get new phone...progress didn't transfer even though I was connected to facebook. Then decided I liked it to much and started all over, spent money swapped phones started all over again only to get to level 25 and then game crashes been unable to open for months deleting it today and won't reinstall ever! It was truly a great game had issues but months is long enough for smart people to fix since they are getting rich over the development of this game. I hope you go broke and then maybe realize you can't run a business like this!

Still loving the game I still don't like how everything is so much 4 being a game I find it insand. I am going to keep it still at 3 stars. Lv the game but need 2 make things cheaper to get builds they r 2 expensive 2 buy when it takes to long to earn coins. Still cant have the options to down load it on Facebook or Google to save the game because when I got a new phone I had 2 start all over again since I last post this it still has not bend fix. Now the game is not loading. It has been a week now. l

I love this game I come back to play it 3 times but the only reason I said that is because every time I reach level 14 and 15 the game malfunctions and I have to start all over from square one. At this point I am very disappointed because I love this game enough to come back and play but it happening 3x is inexcusable. There needs to be an easier way to save your progress so that if it malfunctions you can upload your account. I hope you can fix the bugs let me know when a new version. Otherwise I wont be playing this game anymore.

Did update and now I can't open the game. Still not working 3 weeks after. Going to give up.

Got new phone and can't get old account back and refuse to start over again

Another update 11/14/2015: This game won't even open now. This is ridiculous! I left my old review intact because I'm sure those concerns I had have never been address either. Please fix this. smdh New update: Game got updated and booted me back to the beginning AGAIN. Still the horse is not showing for the Dark Destroyer task AND the option to earn free rubies and coins is gone. I agree the land expansion plots are too small and too expensive. WTH?!?! This game is no longer worth the time.

Nice graphics, but the game starts off slowly and gets slower. Extremely laggy, especially the higher levels. Lagginess causes weird behaviour, including losing valuable resources. Don't bother installing this game. Just saying, you've been warned.

I lost all my resources and contacted Zach with customer service. He said he would give back my resources but never has kept his word. Now I am dealing with Liz. No luck there either.Horrible game with lots of glitches. Again it is glitching.

Have to shutdown/reboot every time to open. Mildly entertaining, but oh so typical ap, that is simply not worth the hassle. On the plus side the Devs show their sense of humor on the load prompts .... If you can actually get there. App is designed to take FOREVER to accomplish anything, unless, of course, you pay them a ridiculous amount of money for minimal resources. I do not recommend

This is the 3rd time I have started the game. 3 different devices. Game won't open. I was a long way the first time and updates made it quite working on older device. Newest device is a Samsung Galaxy 5. Loose daily login bonuses because game quites loading. Fun game when it works.

I have emailed customer service because I can't get the game to open on my smartphone. Works on my ipad. I have never gotten a response. Nothing. I have emailed a few times. I'm surprised they care so little about customers. I really do enjoy the game tho.

The game stops at level 50. It is no longer supported on Android.

Crash happens when app trying to lock orientation. Just enable autorotation and keep device horizontally (landskape) when starting game. It works for me.

We should have profiles to transfer game to new devices we pay to much money to loose all that game progress. Hate that i have to start over.

Unable to upgrade my ships with cannons. I have deleted this game & reinstalled it but it hasn't made any difference. The 'my ships' feature is still not available. It has proven to be a waste of time & money!
