I know I had over 900 balls and 5,000 coins. I click on the game and it's all gone. Not only that it started me back at level one and i'm a boy this sucks. I see there is a update for minor issues so I will update but if it doesn't fix it. I will be uninstalling it. Like the game makers care anyway, it already counted as a install.:(

Last time I installed this game it was a good game and I enjoyed playing it but I recently installed the game again and now the game won't open. Everytime I try to open the game it says 'bingo house has stopped working'. I would love to play this game again and I hope you can fix this or let me know what is causing it.

One year ago-App keeps crashing, especially seems to happen when I just won and I don't get credit for win or chips and cash. Will rate higher when that is fixed. Otherwise, love the interaction and different format to normal bingo. NOW-new update has caused app to crash on open everytime. Reported each time it happened, but no response to issue or notice thatvthey were even paying attention. Was just about up to level 20 and had 490 game credits/chips. Can't play anyway, so I'm out of here.

The payouts are too small... Why would i risk 8 chips for 8 chips & 100 coins... Itll take 10 wins just to be able to buy the keys to open the chest which mostly only gives xp points... Been playing for over 5 months everyday several times & hvnt finished one board...other than tht its exciting...jus dnt expect to play long

Worked well at first, back in 2015. I notice its still available for download but game does not work. I lost all items I paid for. Playzen did not respond to emails and blocked my email. Fraudulent.
