Out of all the games I play with slots this one by far is the worst payout game. I've only had 2 bonus rounds and that was when I started at level 1 I'm now at level 10 and have yet to see another bonus room. You need to make the odds a little bit better to compare to some of the other games that this game is linked to. More bonuses better payouts would make this game worth it

Originally I would have given 5 stars but I got extremely lucky one day so they put a lock on my gold coin collection with a timer of 22 hours. I'm heading to Vegas in a couple of weeks and need to acquire coins. It allows me to still play the game but no coin collection. If I'm lucky let me be lucky! I'm not happy!

Love the slot games, However bonuses are extremely rare. Tickets given every four hours, again like bonus, points are dismal. Making purchases doesn't increase play. If a bonus were given a third of "deals " offers that are always, always five dollars, more than the ninety-nine cents that other popular games offer, one might be inclined, not to go to an actual casino where the house always wins, but at least a cup of coffee is available at "no charge ".

I love this game sometimes I can't put it down until my tickets runs out and I can't play anymore other then that I keep playing. I can only play it when the game is working some days it won't let u on it will just say loading and that's it. When u can't get on for A day or two it will take from 3x to x1 and that's not right plz fix the problem so I or we can enjoy it again thx. I used to love it and then i bought some points and now i can't win or get the video for points that's not right im ready to stop playing and take it off and i love to play it. I uninstalled it and installee it back and I still can't win this game sucks now.

Game does not like to pay out!! I save up and play alittle. Never can save enough. Games even on a low bet take all your chips. Keep getting low payouts even on daily spins! How is it possible to get 21k.. for like 4 out of the last days.. im gonna start checking out different apps. Coming back every 4 hours to get bonus doesnt seem worth the trouble. Have this loaded on two separate accounts. Just as the other reviews state: Once you pass level 10, forget about winning anything! 2.2 million on 1 account and 1.7 million on this account and never hit a 'Bonus' round!!! Betting 4.5k to 9k per spin. Horrible odds. Worse odds if you log in to Facebook. Also, if logged in to Facebook, you will get offered LESS CHIPS per 'package' purchase. Graphics are average. Game runs smoothly.

dear konami slots, where did all of my casino games go? i played casino without an issue yesterday afternoon. then after i finally got a bonus feature and free spins konami stopped working!!! i had to restart the app several times still nothing. i even nervously uninstalled it and re installed thinking it would help. now i cant play all games are erased! only game it loads is lotus land and then i cant even connect to server to play it. this is frustrating. please fix this! i dont want to lose all my 22+ million coins either!

I hate the switching from my Facebook connection to guest. Each and every time I open my app, I have to reconnect to my Facebook account. I was not this way before the most recent update. I hate this!!! If this problem gets fixed, hands down 5 stars all the way!! Great game!!

Very good so far. Strong loyalty program and easy to use. Enjoying it and recommended to my friends. After doing an update numerous times I seem to be experiencing technical issues so I am uninstalling and reinstalling. Hope it works. This is now the third time I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app. Seems like it crashes frequently after updating the app it happens every time. Very frustrating. Upon reading other reviews I see I am not alone about constantly reinstalling the game. A lot of problems

I'm so upset!! I have been playing this game for years now. Just a few days ago, I get on the game, only to see over 123,000 loyalty points GONE!! I have never used my points. I am waiting on my trip to Las Vegas to use them. I want my Loyalty Points back. I earned every one of them. Why would you take them away?

App is great and all, every time I open it to collect my bonus chips, it's forgotten who i am. It still shows my picture from Facebook but I'm not signed in. Have to log out and sign in every time I open the app. Very annoying.

Worst payouts of any slot games I've played. You can really tell this is a cash grab app. They try to suck you in with high payouts in the start, but after level 6-8 it stops paying and forces you to buy coins. Takes the fun out of it.

Love that the rewards earned are actually ones that I'll use. We'll be going on a Royal Caribbean cruise and can cash in loyalty tokens for onboard credit! I'm very happy with that! I've told my husband, and the friends with whom we'll be cruising, about it so we all have time to build up our tokens!

I love your games, but the challenges would be nicer if u had enough coins to play them. It's not very easy to get or keep coins. Maybe I will change rating after I can play more.

Just like the real thing it take too long to win anything worthwhile. Literally spent over 300 times before i got something worthy and by then i had to bet the minimum.. U better off watching paint dry

Why is it that I have to uninstall and reinstall the game at times? I love the fact that you win tangible prizes but they have gone down in quality over the years and are primarily bogo's. I don't like the fact that most prizes are limited to redemption of only three a visit within a thirty day period. That doesn't help much for visitors like me that'll only be present a couple times a year at best. I've been accumulating points for years now and have had to ask for refunds for vouchers three times in a row in the past year because I couldn't use what I wanted to in the alloted times I was given to take advantage of them either by the dates of use on the vouchers, my activities on my visit or the fact that I had more vouchers than I could redeem in the 30 days. There were times I visited more than once in 30 days.

The games are good but when you win lots of points the game freezes and you cannot retrieve the points. It's a shame because the site has great potential. Please look into this. I will review again in the future.

Addicting and rewarding. I don't feel like I ever have to pay to play, I make plenty of game currency with natural play! Would recommend for people who have time to kill and enjoy truly free games.

Finally I was able to get 25 million coins to play and after so many HIGH ROLLER room pop ups I decided to try it. The ad for it says bigger winnings and jackpots, what a lie. They ate my 25 millions in less than 2 minutes and I never got a win! I tried playing lower bets but nothing works. The bonuses rarely come and when they do you get small "wins" and at times I have gotten zero chips in them. Is ridiculous how obviously greedy they are.

If you're broke and use you tickets, more often than not it will stop paying right around 1million, no matter how many you have. The 50 ticket mega lucky slot is a complete ripoff. There are times you can amass a few coins, but those times are weeks between and you rarely keep them for long. Real konami slots, but konami is far behind the others in both graphics and sound.

This game is cute if your able to play more than a couple of spins.Way to expensive for a so called free game an even in regular casino slots you bet. Like one line at one coin if you choose the lowest bet is 3000 it. Just not that fun I'm uninstalling it sorry.

Very little gameplay... It takes too long to get play tokens. I get 10mins of play every 3-4 days. The play is fast and anticlimactic. It seems even the small wins aren't enough to keep it fun.

Love the game on a whole. Noticed recently that when I get a five of a kind it doesn't pay me unless I wait for it to tell me how much my win is. If I hit spin right away it doesn't register my win. Lost too much before I realized it was doing this. Please fix.

Trailer for about 6 hours was very fun. You do have to wait for daily bonuses if you run out of chips. But so far it's been fun to play

Game will randomly not show the correct loyalty points when you start. It shows that I'm logged in. Every couple of days I have to log out and log back in to correct the issue.

I've played this for years and it's always been the best slot machine hands down...but they've gone extremely desperate and there are constant pop ups for buying coins. You can't even enjoy the game without having to close 6 of them first. Way to go. Ruined the best slot out there.

The graffics are great like playing at the casino but at home, love the benefits and you win big at times and every 30 min.you get more coins and the tickets you get to spin on another game to get more coins love it keep up the good work.more people will follow I'm sure.

It's a very fun and animated game which I love. Only problem it always stops in the middle of a spin because it looses the connection, when I know I'm within my network area.

The slots are hot hot hot then they shut down and gives u notta but it's alot of fun when they are hitting not when you do 56 spins and get nothing so there needs a little more balance to your slot play to keep players coming back more often.

Game won't connect to Facebook where all my loyalty is. Not even worth playing at that point. Luckily myVegas still works but I hate the fake games. Wish you guys can get some aristocrat and wms games.
