Until Dawn™: Your Companion

My phone will not connect to the game. When I go to sign in the app crashes. I have a Sony Xperia X Performance. A phone that can freaking remote play any game on my PS4 without a single problem. There has never once been a connection issue while connecting with ANYTHING. Especially since my phone is the top of the line for sony phones. Like what the hell.

Does not work. It won't connect to PlayStation without crashing. And btw I'm not an idiot I don't think this is the full game. It is supposed to be a companion so but instead it is garbage, that doesn't run, and those who say otherwise are lying developers.

Lol first off to all the idiots who rated one star and commented "Can't play the game waste of time" ect, remember this is a COMPANION. Yes that's right, something to accommodate your playthrough and help you keep stats. What's that? It's too complicated to understand? No, no it's not. You're just retarded. The game CANNOT be played on anything mobile and really if you commented anything similar to the above please die.

Every time I tried to connect the app to my ps4, it crashes the app. I would love to see this fixed, as I freaking LOVE the game. Ive played thru the game 20+ times since it came out. Please fix!

Found this after getting the game through my PS+ subscription so downloaded it. However haven't managed to get the app working. Always crashes, either as soon as it starts or trying to connect to the console.

..but kinda a let down if you have to turn on PS4 everytime.

So I download the app. I go to connect it to my ps4 with Until Dawn booted up. The app tells me to go into console settings and type the number shown in Add device. I do that and the companion app crashes. I connect through the Playstation app then start the companion app. I push connect on the app and the ps4 informs me that the companion app is connected but on my phone an error message comes up. I am forced to close the app and the ps4 tells me the companion app has been disconnected. On an S8+.

Unfortunately I have to give it a one star. I currently can't even get it to connect to my PS4 as it seems to try to connect through the Playstation App but always gives me an error and force the companion app to close.

Unusable. The app crashes every time I attempt to link it to my PS4. (Android os) I would love to come back and update my review when/if this issue is resolved.

It lets me connect to my play station 4 but it keeps saying that an error has occurred so it needs to be fixed as soon as possible

I seriously cant believe the idiots that say "i thought i could play the game in my phone i dont have a ps4" and than give a 1 star rating. Thats not fair to the developer that your a moron. It says COMPANION no game. The description tells you everything, it says nothing about playing the game. Anyway app is perfect.

Put the wrong email address in. Now I'm locked out. Even after uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it does not give you an opportunity to, at any point change the email address to coincide with my ps4. Huge fan of the game! Not sure what the app does but sure would like to find out

I'm giving 5 just to comment on how dumb some of the other comments are. You thought a $60 game for PS4 was free on your phone and actually thought your phone has the processing power to handle it? Now, because it's not, and you're an idiot, you give the app one star and complain. LMAO

Great addition for fans! People.. at least read the description of an app before you install, then bash on it based on your premature assumptions. It's a COMPANION APP... of COURSE you have to have a PS4 and the game running with it! It's the game's companion, it wouldn't be a companion app if you could just play it as a standalone game. And if it WAS a standalone game, it wouldn't be the same full game as its PS4 counterpart! Consoles wouldn't exist if your phones had the same tech and capability, Lol

I think this is a cool idea, the quiz and the phone calls. The incentive to look for the hidden bits of lore. The app even looks fantastic. Yet right now, me, and many others it seems, can't connect. It's telling us "no ps4" connected to our accounts. The least that should happen is someone finally responding telling us how to get around it, but it should be fixed period with these many complaints. I'd love to give it a higher score, but if it keeps getting ignored I'll have to uninstall and my rating stays

Was playing the game with the app connect and when Sam and Chris entered the cable car station in chapter 2, the screen switched to a cam corder image of Sam and my phone 'app' rang with a message! Was pleasantly surprised by this app!

This app is good. Not fantastic but, good. As you play, you can see a status profile for YOU as a player based on all the decisions you make as each character. I think there could have been a few more features but it's still very nice and a great companion app.

Idk what's wrong with this app but I can't download it to my note 4. And before someone comes for me I can download others apps just fine.

I can't take the character test on my LG g3. The button won't respond, not even to return to the app's main menu. I have to force close it, and after that, the app won't start at all. Just shows a black screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Really bummed out.

It's good if you wish to know more about the game characters or the history of where the game takes place. Otherwise not very interactive. Don't get me wrong! I love that I can learn more about the game's characters and setting, but I think it could be a little more interesting.

I just love Until Dawn I love it that much that even though I have finished it in every single way possible I still play it and I will be playing it till the day I die :-D 5 Stars

I don't have a ps4 and have only played the game briefly but thought I'd check the app out having done so it seems to be a half decent app for someone who likes to dig a little deeper into the game couldn't try/do everything,my bad not the apps so no 5* but I will be getting both game & ps4 soon and will certainly be using this app then

When I start the app it force close. I got a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge running 5.1.1 Lollipop. Please fix the app soon!

I keep getting no PS4 found. When my ps app connects just fine.

I liked it... but its the only one app that is related to Until Dawn, I wish you guys could make more apps for Until Dawn! I'll give you 5 stars when my request is done
