Flowy Beta for Android
The first time I used the app it seemed ok. But since then the boat has seemed really fast, and keeps crashing and it's not relaxing at all. When it's too fast it makes concentrating on breathing hard. And there is no option in the menu to exit, and on my Moto G 3 it stops my normal home menu from appearing (unless I fudge it by putting my phone onto standby, then it appears for like a second). It's not very relaxing being stuck in the app.
It's a good game, but the speeding up just makes my anxiety worse so it isn't helpful anymore once it has sped up.
It's a great idea. Very simple. The boat gets really fast though which can make me more anxious.
Great concept, but I just get stressed out when it speeds up
Ship moves to fast, which doesn't help you relax
Very calming
Has gone very far since I first got it. The cloud that's supposed to tell my mood through a survey is glitching, either that or it's not working the same way it was. Instead of saying "Come back in two weeks to try again" or whatever, it keeps flipping between my mood and asking me to take a survey. Sorry, I forget the dialogue. Also, I've used it so much to calm my anxiety, that it's started causing anxiety...weird. I can't pass levels 2 to 4. Very useful, though. I'm glad you created this.
No sound, and didn't find it helped with an anxiety attack at all...just seemed like a regular game
Version 1.6 on Samsung Galaxy Note 4 running Android Marshmallow 6.0. Boat sails VERY fast and controls tend to stick rather than respond to swiping in the circle.
I get random panic attacks and anxiety attacks - more commonly when I'm stressed - but they can happen at any time. With Flowy, I've been able to calm myself down, even making it so I can sleep, when normally I'd be up for hours, trying to calm down. If you suffer from anxiety, or even depression, this little game, helps more than you can imagine. I will admit though, that the boat does move too fast at times, which can be a bit frustrating.
Was having a pretty serious panic attack at work and it helped immensely right away, thank you for working on this app keep it up!!!
Helps you breathe deeply and focus on that, but I couldn't focus on my breathing and feeling stressed to get as far as I can in a game. Sadly worsened my panic attack. But glad it helps others.
I just tried it, and I have got to say- I just felt instantly calm and happy, all panic completely gone. I will swear by this thing. Everything, from the colors, to the sounds, makes this game truly a gem.
Found out about this app through a medical journal. I love how you feel even after just a couple minutes! Might just do it everyday for more benefits.

I like to use Flowy when I'm having panic attacks but it would be helpful to have the practice mode on the main menu so I don't have to think about clicking the side button
Everytime I use this app it calms me down pretty quickly. Thank you so much. They can get pretty scary sometimes.
This helps me very quickly but sometimes I do find it moves too fast but usually by then I am calmed down.
Have no idea how to use it. Blowing on the phone doesn't work.
Honestly stressed me out more
More methods included as different games would be pretty cool, but is still simply amazing
thank you.
It is so good
Please bring it back, I'm more anxious than ever...
Controls anxiety, doesn't make it go away.
if you ever need to relax or calm down, this game is perfect :)
I've used this app for a few months now. It has been a vital tool in helping to control my anxiety. However I'm struggling with the new update. The boat is quick and difficult to handle. The clouds moving around when breathing in makes me feel more overwhelmed during panic attacks. I much preferred the other version, with levels I could choose to complete. Now I struggle to focus on the breathing, it makes me feel like a failure and I end up getting more flustered. Wish I could go back!
Really great app for anxiety and panic attacks - very helpful for breathing techniques. The sounds are particularly calming. However a few things could be improved: 1) the speed of the ship increases too quickly after the first stage, which is frustrating and can make things worse. 2) the destruction of the boat when you crash and the wording can make one feel worse/failure when one's trying to combat negative thoughts when feeling anxious. A little more work on this app and it'll be perfect.
This app has been a godsend. I can't tell you how many times it has stopped a bad panic attack. The boat control and speed could be improved though.
What's the most frustrating thing that can happen during an anxiety attack? The app you're using to aid said attack cannot load without crashing your whole phone.
Please don't write "you sunk"! That just makes me more anxious. :-P Otherwise I enjoy it and the breathing helps.
Controls anxiety, doesn't make it go away.

This app makes my life better.
I don't see what's so great.
The game moves to fast which makes me panic more.
Screen flashed jarringly at first but I uninstalled then reinstalled, works great now
Thank you

I'd rather it not speed up so fast. When I'm panicking it takes a while to regulate my breathing and to begin with this app helps me relax but then it speeds up and I panic again. Can there be a button to stay at a slow pace? Great graphics and concept :)
