Who Is The Killer? Episode I

This game is one if the best enigmas of our time ! I am a member of MENSA and we thrive on the most challenging puzzle we can find. This was fun! Many more scenarios are needed plus you need to be able to acquire and earn coffee without having to pay for it! You advertised a "FREE" game. You should not have to pay for major pieces of the game in order to play the so-called "FREE" game. FIX THE ISSUE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR AUDIENCE FOR GOOD!!

This game is very difficult to play without hints, which you have to buy. It would be a lot more enjoyable if either the puzzles were a little easier and straightforward or the hints were free. I also don't like that you run out of energy before you can finish gathering the information you need to make an accusation. You can buy more energy, but this game seems to me that everything is dependent on how much money you are willing to shell out for it. To be fair, though, the prices aren't too terribly high, like I've seen in some games.

I would love to have given this 5 stars. But I dislike having to buy more hints. If there was a way to earn hints. The energy gain sucks should be a better way to game coffee then pay. Having to wait half a day to play again unless you pay to speed up the day. If there wasn't those three areas. I can't afford to pay out on a game. It was fun, but I stopped, cause I am stuck on a word puzzle and am not paying for hints.

U can only go so far. As ur cups. Eg,tokens run out so fast. All ur doing is finding words. I've only just started so hopefully it gets better than this. Bit poor guys. Good ideas, but needed to be thought through bit more with the cups if u want us to keep playing ur game :-/

The graphics are okay , but the gameplay is problematic. You cannot advertise a game as free if you have to pay money all the time to be able to make the story advance. I am sure the story is good as I have read good reviews but I will not be wasting my time on trying to complete it. Either make the energy system more efficient , or simply charge a small amount for the game download. As it is, it's not very functional

pretty neat, but the word search puzzle's kinda hard, for me at least. hope the dev's let us watch a limited no. of ads or smth so we can get more coffee. kind of a win-win situation over here.. and the puzzles shud relate to the character. it's really nice tho, it's not one of those "another type" of mystery puzzle game. u really get to think at this one. keep it up! :)

The game is cool. I love the fact it is very similar to classic Clue. However I've played the game 12 times now, no matter who I speak to the game will not let me accuse anyone. On day two no one trust's me enough to tell anything so I can't speak to anyone or make an arrest for the rest of the game because I don't have the correct information. I even followed a walk through and the game still wouldn't let me talk about other characters and solve the game.

Some the crossword puzzles won't accept your answer, even its correct and theres no other option to get more energy besides buying it. I would love to enjoy this game if it was possible to play it without spending money just to get closer to the ending. There should be an option to watch ads to get more energy and hints.

I love the graphics and the way riddles were designed. The story also seems to be quite interesting. However, the energy system ruins it all and makes the game barely playable... I made an educated guess who the culprit was in the beginning and it took me three days (real three days) before I could finish the game without paying. If I could give an advice to the creators - I would strongly reccommend do a major redesign to improve playability and change business model, say first chapter for free and pay for the next. I would gladly pay for a next game but not for the necessary actions to finish a game. My intentions here are not to offend anyone. I just don't remember stacking cash into my NES to make Mario jump.

Well its nice in theory but overall it just doesnt work well. You dont get nearly enough energy to interview all suspects about all the characters in order to make an arrest. In addition the wordsearches dont always work. Ive been left with only one word to highlight and the game wont accept it. This has left me now with a game i cant complete as no way to bypass it.

The game is interesting but it's hard to get coffee unless you buy them. And it takes a long time to earn the cups. And everyday one character will die. Unless you manage to converse with everyone or you buy to accuse.. hmm.. not sure how to finish the game. But I still enjoy playing it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GAME!! IT IS A HORRIBLE MONEY TRAP! The graphics are beautiful & the mini-games are fun, but the actual main game is driven by cups of coffee, and you're forced to by more coffee in order to properly play.

It's a real great game!!! I loved the game. Excellent storyline. It's the best brain exercise. I felt like a real detective. Although, it would've been better if you let the players choose their names coz girls also play this game and the detective is a 'Mr.'. Please think about it. And also, we should get more cups of coffee in a day. But this is an awesome game. I promise to play all the parts.

It has an interesting story, but it's not hard to figure out who the killer is. I knew after the second day. Only problem was you have to jump through all these stupid hoops just to arrest them. It's like the game makers knew their story was too easy and put all these dumb, repeditive, road blocks in your way to seem like there was some difficulty in their game.

The gameplay is extremely simple and uninteresting. You just talk to people about other people. But you run out of coffee for, then you can pay to have more. Then you play a stupid minigame and then, to get go the next day you have to wait for 8 hours or you can oay. You cannot accuse someone of the crime unless you talked to everyone else about that guy, or you can pay for it. Yes you can pay every little thing and the game is not even worth it.

It was a good game,, love it.. but i think its so hard to get more coffee cups because u need to buy it.. i thought not everyone wants to buy more coffee cups with their money... so pleaseee.. can u make another way that make easier for us to gain more coffee cups cause i dont know how to get more coffee cups beside from end the day and u will have a dream then u should guess it and voilaa... u have more coffee cups/? Or maybe there is another way that i dunno/?

Too much business is not good. You have difficult word rushes. Thats ok. But if i have to close it before completing i wont't get back the energy i spent. Its rediculous. There are lots of meaningful word in the word searching area. But you accept only what is suitable as per your condition. Then you should have showed the word in hint. But no. only 10 hints for entire game!! You have to buy. There are very small time to get +1 cup during investigation or searching word. It seems you have greedyness sorry to say.

Well, I definitely liked the story and finding out who was the murderer. However, finding the words can be super hard at times (whose idea was it to make the words go backwards into a different row?) so you either have to be really patient to solve those or spend money on hints.

It's definitely interesting..I live for mysteries. I love this different approach to the classic "whodunit". I personally have gotten tired of the same hidden object games out nowadays. This is nothing like that. Can't wait to play the next episode!

I don't like how it trys to makes you rate it. I usually uninstall apps that do. But im willing to play through this one.. got to tell ya though.. You probably lost a chance at me downloading any more from your company

I agree with everyone who gave negative reviews. Wait times are too long and you cant accuse the character who is the killer until everyone dies. I attempted playing the game twice to test my theory. Waste of time and app space.

It's very interesting. Im a little annoyed though, when it comes to word finding. I'll highlight a word a few times with no results, and low and behold it was the word I needed I the end. I don't like wasting the hints, but aside from that so far so good. Gonna have to see how the coffee works in the point run

It's interesting but it has many limitations. You have only 6 days to find the killer and just a few cups of coffee (energy) per day. You can't speak whatever you want with whoever you want, there are some requirements in order to unveil chat subjects. And if you suspect of any character you need to speak about that one with all other personages first... So, the time runs and you don't have enough to deal with all of them, so it's better if you aim just one to solve the case.

I love how it just makes u think and feels like u are really investigating but there are some things that aren't great. The game doesn't let me accuse people and I have to wait a very long amount of time to play The next day. But overall the game is great!

This game sucks. My answers in the crossword puzzle are right, I keep clicking it but nothing happens unless I click the hint. Wow even if your answer is correct nothing will happen unless you click the hint. I'm unstalling this game sinces its forces you to buy hints.

I was asked to rate this 5 stars to get my next turn. I had to comment as well. Then you told me I had to wait for my next turn and that I could speed up the wait by paying. You turned me into a shill, asked for money to do it, and I uninstalled it.

A good game but number of available hints is way less than necessary because its tough to complete the whole mission with only 10. And the time between two days is annoying. Upto 4 hours is acceptable but 8 hours and above- these are disgusting.

I hate how long it takes to start a new day and how quick the dreams disappear. It's a great game concept but they definately need to work on this game to make it more enjoyable. I'm on my third sleep of the first episode and it takes 7 and a half hours just to start a new day. Total bull. I also don't like how you can't just accuse people with out having money because I'm pretty positive I know who it is but I have to use so much energy and talk about every one that by the time I can actually accuse this person, everyone else will be dead.. Definitely deleting.

So slow! Game play very limited. Puzzles are weird could be literally any word. It doesn't have anything to do with the game. Everything requires energy and the only way to get more without someone dying is to buy it. Even then it might say next even in a couple hours. Very frustrating.

Pro: The concept of the game is similar to Clue....the graphics are beautiful, the game is set early 20th century/Victorian era. Con: EVERYTHING cost energy, which comes in the form of 'cups of coffee '. The game starts you out with only 6 cups... it takes 2 cups to talk to suspects about the other suspects...oh, and if they don't trust you enough to give you any information, it still consumes energy. It takes hours for cups to replenish themselves...the only other way to get more is 1- Connect to FB 2- Actually purchase it 3- Leave a 5 star review..... I'm only 15 minutes into the game, out of energy, and basically nowhere with the case.

You can't get very far without your cups of coffee aka lives/Tokens. It not a hard game but need more coffee cups at the start of the game. It's such a classic game I have played it like 100x already. I LOVE IT

There is no gameplay, everything is just this much, find things hidden in photos, nothing else. Developer has made the game with sole purpose of making money targeting human impatience. Pls don't download.

Same complaints as many others about the ridiculously low amount of energy and the word searches. I tried several different words on the puzzles but only certain ones count. Would help if you had a list, or even a theme to help you. Also why does the colonel look exactly like the hunter from Jumanji?? Did seriously no one else notice this?

It is so frustrating! Always out of the cups and in order to get u have to pay! Why!! And for investigation u need 2 cups not even one! Dude u have to fix this.. it was interesting in the beginning but not anymore. And what is with the word search, why we have to search every single time when we're investigating why not something else.. anyway i'm uninstalling it now. Really disappointed.

Being forced to rate game 5 so that i can play it. The couple steps i could take were interesting but if if this continuous it will be deleted. Real shame because I liked their other game innocent very much &this looked even better.

I'm still on the first game... But I've had problems with it shutting off when I'm doing the word search and then I lose my energy without being able to question someone. I feel a little frustrated, bc it impedes my ability to solve the mystery. So I'm unsure if I will continue to play.

Talked to two people and ran out of coffee. Returned to the game later expecting my energy to have recharged... hahaha. No, you have to pay. I don't mind paying for games or upgrades etc, but this was just ridiculous. Uninstalled.

Useless game. This game can only be played if you are ready to spend money other wise you can never win this game. Though the back story seem interesting but the game is laboriously extended to get more money out of you. Not going after the second episode. Unistalling.

This is a nice game for people who like murder mystery games. Fitting artistic style. The problem solving (which is why I love murder mysteries) makes up for any control issues, in my opinion. The "find the word" game, especially, is a little clumsy; many times I've put in the correct word only to have to keep repeating the pattern until the game finally recognizes it.

I figure it was the judge on my version, however I'm unable to accuse him without talking to everyone about him, but no one trusts me enough to talk about him. So the only option is to pay 1.99 or let eveyone keep dying until someone trusts me I guess. Any way it makes me not want to play anymore. I don't like being forced to spend money to continue a game.
