Can't make in app purchases. If not fixed IMMEDIATELY I am deleting. Also, need to add another media for friends besides Facebook and the Russian language sites. Impossible to build a tribe. Will give one week before spreading the word for all to delete. Bring back scoreloop. It was the best for adding friends.

Was a fantastic game but now I can't even get a reply to an email for help in getting my original game back. Spent a small fortune over the 3yrs since I installed Robinson. Apparently pixonic are no longer dealing with this game & are more interested in there new war games. Will wait until Friday to c if I get any reply, if not I'm uninstalling.

I have been playing a very long time and am very appreciative of Pixonic taking the time and effort to fix the friend issue. I am puzzled by the fact that Robinson is the only app on my tablet that uninstalls itself when the tablet shuts completely off. I wonder why this is. Otherwise this is my favourite game since Pixonic added the cloud. That was a huge help.

it doesn't acknowledge my email when I try to merge my device from my phone to my tablet. I have tried to fix it several times with no success. now my phone is lost I was on level 86 and it wants me to start over don't think I'll play anymore.now i have a new device and no Robinson

Its so hard to get enough totems to move forward, and even harder to get survivors to your tribe. But its fun, and challenging.

If crops are not harvested after ready, they wither & die. Many times I get busy with "real life" & can't get into the game in time. Would be MUCH better if game would be updated so crops do not die!! Would give higher star rating if this was fixed! Also when I try to send this issue within game keep getting error "not able to send..." Also, the "smokey leaf" you can use to find survivors don't seem to exist. NEVER found it after playing more than a month on daily basis! Game MUCH too dependent on having "friends" who also wants to play. Without friends VERY hard to go far in this game!

I used to have the most fun with this game. Now I barely make progress. And why is it so difficult to make friends? Perhaps if this gets fixed, I could 5 star this.

I have played this game for two years and it got me through some tough times in the hospital. Give it a try! It is addictive, but oh so much fun!!

Downloaded it on my phone and is forcing me to restart from zero...and yet my Facebook is still linked to it with the same account :(

Wish i could get some totems for this but hey no way. Been playing this game for years and many platforms and on everyone i had to start the game over, not happy with the game saved on serve and can not load it to a newer device. So guess I will keep playing, but not going to put as much into it as i have, a little support here would be great, after hundreds of dollars spent on it.

Addictive time-waster however I love it. Don't spend money in game, just be patient and game will flow. I've been playing Robinson for 5 years.

please add in a community feature in-game to visit others islands and an option to add them. Would be so much simpler than adding random people on facebook just to get them to be a friend in the game.

All of my Facebook friends are missing from my friends list on this game I'm so mad I had so many people to help and all of my hard work is gone.

Every time I try to enter the device suddenly says Robinson has stopped working and the game crashes I can't enter the game at all or login please fix this issue

A very fun, addictive game but do not expect new content or much support. This was an amazing game & still very fun if you are a new player.

Love it but I don't have any friends that want to play so I can't complete all the goals without friends wish I could do them on my own

Alright game, but you use your energy way to fast and takes to long to get anywhere. Sorry can't give it more then 3 stars, uninstalling.

For three weeks no respond from pixonic...from level 92 now start from beginning...over 500 totem lost...and they don't care...have my old ID but don't know what to do with it...if is 0 stars possible i will rate them...from great support...to disappointment...

Need to cut trees but need ax,to make one I need finished workshop which I need boards which I can't get from cutting trees cause I can't make an axe...

Switched phones and would like my ID moved to the new one. Sent the IDs already.. no reply and I have the totem being wasted now.

Can not get the items needed to complete work shop! Do nothing but grow crops and clear land. Boring!

So sad....why i can't connect to my friend thru facebook...when i try to go to my friends place, its loading & can't open it....dissappointed...

Takes too long to level up, game designed for spending lots of cash, no freebies

If you have a iPad & your friend has a Samsung you can't be friends on here.. & if you have a tablet & a phone they can't hook up to each other so I'm playing to different games witch it don't make since... at least hay day you can contact to more than 1 & they both save you game... you don't always carry your iPad or tablet around with you like you do with your phone.. you need to update this part... but other than that it's a ok game

You can't do many of the quests unless you add 7+ friends! (With more needed for each further quest) Why can't I play the game by myself?... It's kinda cute, but I won't waste my time on a game that depends on how many other people I facebook. :(

I was at level 88 had to switch phones and nobody would help me pull my old game over to my new phone. Had to start over. Read on their Facebook page they were no longer supporting this game!

Every time i have to change devices i have to start all over again. Not happy.

Agree with those who says there should be other ways to add tribe members..and will be nice if earning needed thing is much easier or at least make it longer to be able to finish a event or task..

My game is got uninstalled..and now when i installed it, it has started again...it is not showing my current levels...i already had 15 tribe size ..kindly please help me

I dont know how to get friends anymore it used to be sooo simple but now that they have different apps that they want you too add for friends

I have been playing Robinson for 3 years and had several problems each time is fixed after a little while I have purchased several totems and they just disappear after I close my game and open it again I have lost fiends for no reason and now when I can't get Amy request from friends I can't move on in my game without friends... please fix my problems or I wiil be forced to quit playing..

I would like it a lot better if it wasn't one of those games you need to suck your friends into in order to progress,

I always return to playing this game but it's changed and it's not as easy to build yr tribe which sucks

I've just found out the reason I wasn't getting gifts or help is because you have to send the items out of your own inventory that's so bad I've spend alot of money on this game and I'm still finding it very hard to build anything plus people don't send the free stuff either so maybe their scared it's coming out of there inventory this makes the game very hard and should be changed
