Dictionary Game for Android
It's a challenge, even though I think I have a decent vocabulary. Would like to figure out how to play it with friends. Don't like the timer...it is too fast
I like the concept of this game a lot. I've been looking for one just like this, but the only critiques I have are: 1. Include more commonly used advanced words. Many of the words are ones you'll never use unless you have them in your wordhoard. 2. Have an option to turn the timer off. 3. Instead of reiterating the definition (or in addition to) include the word's use in a sentence. Good work!
Wanted a game that would do exactly this no more no less. fun but also engaging.
Really obscure words. Very neat game, though.
Its a good game to learn a language easily and effectively Actually its not a game it a mix of game and learning
Great for kids to increase their capacity!
This game is very good for imptoving your vocavulary a must try game.
It is a wonderful informative application including useful words..
One could easily take advantage from this app
Needs better graphics and levels
Good app for building vocabulary
Very nice app
very nice app
It's great
Fun!
Nice game
I liked it
Good
Educational
It's alright, but the game is not really conducive to actually learning the words, it's more about analyzing parts of a word and guessing from that. It will show you the words you just did after every set of 10, but after that they are gone forever. I'd be much more likely to play the game frequently if you could look at all the words you've ever done or review ones you found interesting or applicable to your life. Edit: I Googled some of the words; I found definitions on 1 out of the 5.
This app is fun but needs some sound. Maybe even an option to hear the word if you click on it. More variety of words also.
A game for the rest of us. Challenging. Great fun.

I love this game, the very most
I'm learning new words all the time.
Fun and simple
nice
Much too easy. Only challenge is to react quicker and not be distracted by achievement notifications. Some words are definitely not in OED, but can be worked out from etymology. Perhaps they are US English? An English version be an improvement. Would also be better if based more on knowledge and less on speed, eg unlimited questions getting harder and game over after wrong answer.
I like how this game here is different to the majority of word games available on the Play Store at the moment. Attempting to match definitions with their words with an element of timeliness is a nice touch. Personally after the 10 rounds it would be cool for me to view the words and their respective definitions just so I can remember them and won't dismiss them as totally random words that have no relevance outside of the game. Other than that, I really enjoy this game. Great work!
Wish the definitions were a bit more applicable to everyday life and we had time to see what words mean, right now its not really a good educational tool, more like "oooo what a weird word, next!"
Enjoyed it wished it used words more applicable to everyday Life
Enjoyable
Good game

There does seem to be some lag between the timer of the next question starting and the question being shown. Maybe it's just my phone (Moto G2)
If you love orthography, morphology, semantics, and WORDS WORDS WORDS, this game is for you. As a total word geek, I am enamored.

its a really informative and challenging game, where graphics dont really matter as long as it is this simple and comfy to the eyes, also where there's some point where you end up appreciating what you learn instead of just focusing on the points. this game will never leave my phone now
